This is my second time staying at your hotel and I will definitely be back!

I love that the staff were all friendly. I also liked the clean room and facilities. Meals in the restaurant were fabulous and I liked the Sundry area too. Some good choices. Finally, the shuttle service to the airport was amazing! Overall, thank you for a fabulous experience!

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

comfy bed, room is good.

room is good comfy. Airport shuttle not show up at 3.30 a.m but front staff call taxi for me free of charge , which is good.

nothing , I stay only 1 night and leave early moring. So nothing much.

A really good value for your money.

The staff were kind and friendly, the room service was fast and delicious. It was super convenient and close to the airport.

Be very careful you don't leave anything behind because you likely won't get it back.

The stay was good, kids loves the waterside.

I forgot my jewelry when I left which is my own fault but I called the front desk within 30 min of checking out and was told they would call me back if they found anything. I was catching a flight so I couldn't go back to the hotel immediately. I called 3 times after that for an update because it seems unbelievable to me that my jewelry couldn't be found considering it was such a short time after I checked out to when I called to ask them to hold the jewelry for me. Nobody ever returned my calls and apparently nobody ever found my jewelry. Very unfortunate and ultimately my own fault but I just don't like how it was handled.

The Location was convenient. I was happy that the restaurant was open so late.

Carpet in the room. No free breakfast buffet. The front desk staff didn't notify the shuttle bus driver that I was waiting in the lobby for 25 min.

Good facilities for a stopover.

Booked it because had an early flight. Also it had a pool which was appealing for the family. The room was good.

Happy with everything. It’s slightly isolated but for us that wasn’t a priority.

The facility was aesthetically nice, staff was friendly but it is clearly not maintained very well.

Room was clean. Lobby was clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating

The dining area, and breakfast buffet was disorganized and not clean. Seemed no one was maintaining it. Other common areas within the hotel were dirty and unkept. Our room was damaged, the toilet was not secure and wobbled significantly. Pool was closed that evening due to incident with glass cutting a child’s foot. They reopened next morning and still glass on the deck of the pool. Daughter cut her foot.

Great value and location , nice clean rooms with wonderful staff .

Breakfast was good , location and access was good as well . Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Pillows were lumpy unfortunately, bed was comfy. The hot water took along time in the morning with not a lot of pressure but it was better then many places I’ve stayed at .

Great, Convenient option near airport.

very quick and easy check in and check out. The property is old, but kept clean. The shuttle to the airport was super quick and early. Great location. I arrived at 10:20 PM and they still were able to bring up some room service for me as I had a long day of traveling. Everyone was super friendly.

Great option for airport layover

Great location and easy shuttle service from the airport. Clean, comfortable, spacious room.

Lighting was dim at both mirrors in the room, not great for makeup application.

the King bed was excellent. the shower good.

We got to the breakfast at 5 after 10AM and were too late. The location of all the airport hotels seem to be out in the industrial part of Calgary ... no restaurant options, no entertainment. We will choose closer in town next time. Shuttle driver demanded a tip.
