Good location
Noisy air conditioning unit and scratchy sheets

Spacious room, amazing location. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was very spacious with a living room and a kitchenette. The location in Yaletown was excellent, only a short walk from the subway station and close to lots of great restaurants, Granville Island via ferry, and the river walk.
We had some issues working out how to use the shower, and the hotel could benefit from a bit of upgrade but overall it was good value for money.

Great staff, especially Andrew Cecil at the Concierge Services desk. He was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to ensure I had the information and details I needed to find and buy particular items, manage my pre-departure time, and manage my luggage. Thanks for your time and advice Andrew!
The location was excellent and the room was clean, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped.
Would definitely stay again.

Location, great view, and clean
A hiccup when we first checked in

The location is ideal. The suites are spacious and well appointed
The fridge was not very cold

Ruime suite en vroege incheck mogelijkheid
Te weinig liften voor zoveel kamers. Kamer op 20e en onderweg bijna op elke verdieping stoppen. Niet erg fijn

This is my third stay. The location is great for walking around downtown or taking a short taxi ride to places like Stanley Park. The suites are really large and having a sitting room and kitchenette makes you feel at home right away. Great views too from the upper floors.

Great location. It needs a better gym.

The property was clean convenient and easy to get to provided it was right downtown
4.1
Convenient and great location. Suite was great for our family. Nice view of the city. Friendly staff.
Cleaning could have been a little better. Taxes and parking took our room rate from $190 to a whopping $255

Clean and spacious
Didn’t like the bed or bedding.

location; lots of space in rooms. Quiet.
Workout area was basically non existent

Good located, close to bars down the road
The staff was awful, didnt have a nice check-in & after check-out the staff wanted $5 to store our bags for the day. Only accepted cash, sketchy!!! Rooms were pricey & old. Would recommend to book another hotel due to bad service

Lage
Alles ist ziemlich veraltet. Der Eingang von Hotel verspricht viel, aber die Zimmer sind enttäuschend

I liked the size of the room. I didn't realize it would have a kitchenette. The fridge was a big convenience! Staff was amazing especially housekeeping staff.
The beds aren't super comfortable.

Excellent location! Spacious suite.
The bed was a little softer than I would have liked. Spent a lot of time waiting for an elevator.
4.1
Staff were very welcoming. they gave us exactly the room we liked on a high floor. It had a large wraparound patio
The elevator is always slow. It's used by cleaning staff and there's not enough of them. we tried to book directly with the hotel using their event promotion. That cost was almost double of booking via booking.com!

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. Well appointed rooms - great supplies in the kitchen. Comfy beds.

Excellent hotel.

Location was amazing, beds were extremely comfortable, the staff was delightful and actually met some interesting people while using the hot tub.
Loved it all!
4.1
The suite was spacious and comfortable. Location is very good, with many attractions within walking distance.
Facilities are in need of renovation. I could not believe that analog cable is still in use in Canada in the third decade of the 21st century, but then I should not be surprised after I found that actual light bulbs were still being used in the bathroom!

Friend and I were there for a concert at Roger's Arena. Location was perfect as we walked everywhere. Casino, Costco, Roger's Arena all within a few blocks. Loved that the bedroom was separated by it's own door from the living space. Perfect for a few nights stay with a kitchenette, couch, chair and coffee table.
Not even a big deal but the shower pressure was full blasted streaming. Nice massage for the back, not so much for the front. Room #401 for reference.

location
we had a party of Three two bed one pull out. the pull out couch was very uncomfortable and I found it hard to sleep on. it had a thin mattress and I could feel the base through it. No mention of not being able to have breakfast due to on line booking, they wouldn’t even give us a coffee??!!
other than that we were impressed with the room and it’s facilities.
