Great location, quiet room. The staff was very friendly.
The room was too small and the cleaning not perfect.

The hotel facilities are ok as a whole, but the air conditioning is too backward, and the curtains can't be closed, which affects sleep!
The biggest problem of this hotel is that there is no parking lot. The private parking lot next to it is still a very unreasonable regulation. When we arrive at night, we can only pay the parking fee until 6 am, and then we must renew it before 6 am. When we come to renew it after 8 am, a bill has been posted, and 98 yuan will be fined. This is too much. Is it necessary to renew it before 6 am? Then I asked the hotel front desk and asked her to help me make a phone call. She didn't want to, but she said that she could do nothing. Very speechless.

The staff was friendly.
The building was old and it wasn’t worth the price we had to pay. We got upgraded to a king room with the pullout couch however Iam not sure when it was last opened so we didn’t sleep on that. The pool is tiny but functional. There is very limited parking for larger vehicles.

The front desk lady at check in was very nice.
The amount of homeless and street people outside the building was very concerning

The staff were nice
Stella’s cafe across the road was great
Hotel very run down. Needs a lot of work
Washing machine facilities not working
Located near, police, fire and ambulance stations. Sirens going all night
Did not feel safe in the area at all.
4.5
Comfortable bed. Clean room.
I felt that my car was not safe overnight because the parking was outside in a dirt parking lot that didn't seem like it was a parking lot

The hotel was very secure for the area! I loved that they had a full size snack selection right by the front desk so you didn’t even have to leave if you weren’t comfortable later in the evening.
Unfortunately for such a beautiful hotel it is in a pretty crappy area now. Good hotel for an adult night away but wouldn’t be a great place for a stay with kidddos

Would gave appreciated notice that evacuees were consuming the hotel and amenities as the added security to help "prevent fight outbreaks" was not appreciated once arrived on site.
