Wir waren nicht unzufrieden. Besonders gut ist die Nähe zur S-Bahn.

Frühstück war typisch amerikanisch. Die Auswahl an Brotbelag war gering. Ich würde es unter der Berücksichtigung, dass wir in Amerika waren als mäßig bezeichnen. Mit europärischen Maßstäben gemessen war es bescheiden.

Das Schwimmbad im Bereich von Empfang und Frühstücksraum. Es wurde nur von Kindern und Jugendlichen genutzt. Der Lärmpegel war hoch und störend.

Breakfast was not included in the price, which I thought was excessive for a niche in an unremarkable room

I paid 250 dollars for a room with a peeling ceiling, a very average bathroom without a tub, the bed had hair on it and also the air conditioning was activated every two hours making a very loud noise that lasted about 10 minutes, which made me I couldn't sleep all night, it is not a hotel to rest in, also the room is as average as that of a 2 star hotel but with the price of a 4 or 5 star hotel. It did not include breakfast. It did not have only 1 elevator enabled and we had to wait more than 15 minutes to take it, the carts to load suitcases were busy, we had to load the suitcases alone. I would not stay at this hotel again.

It’s perfect for a romantic night with my partner.

Staff are nice, my room was good size and clean for me. It’s gives me a lot of comfortable feelings.

Disappointed, poor value for money. One of the staff ( Luqman) was very rude and unhelpful!

No one to take our luggage up to our room. We are pensioners.

Gym very poorly equipped.

The breakfast was advertised as included in the room rate on booking.com. Holiday Inn gave the vouchers for the breakfast after I asked , they did not have it on record as including breakfast. It seems the information was not accurate on booking.com

Expected to have a better experience

Location of the hotel was good. Some of the stuff was really positive and helpful.

Expected to have a better breakfast and more working elevators (only one of them was open for customers, thats why we waited a lot to use the other elevator). Also receiving a better response to our pre booking message instead of an out of office one would be better. Last but not the least one, the first day we got in to our room, there was a significant hummidity smell. Btw, the windows are not openning. The only support that the reception gave was to tell us to open the A/C.

Great location, steps from the GO Station. The hotel is nothing fancy but it's reasonably priced, clean and quiet.

Location is excellent. East access to the highway and to transit. Their pool layout is great. Extremely clean facility. Especially being an older facility. Highly recommend.

Met my needs fine but would be a challenge to justify a longer stay at this price point.

Great location only 5 min walk from the Oakville Go Station. There's a McDonalds and Tim Hortons nearby so you aren't stuck to overpay for the hotel's breakfast.

value for money just wasn't there for me, for the price they are setting they should include breakfast instead of trying to charge $20 extra for it.

Price is a bit high in my opinion The breakfast looked wonderful but considering the cost of my room I opted for Tim Hortons instead.

the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Helen checked us in. she was so helpful. she asked us what was the purpose of our trip. then gave the funeral discount which I didn’t ask for. very very nice.

It was fabulous

Breakfast was great, and the location was just perfect.

The only thing we didn’t like was we were in Oakville for my Grandson’s Hockey Tournament and his team lost in the semi finals. We did not dislike anything about the Holiday Inn.

Terrible. Don’t go!

Location

Very noisy place. Kids playing hockey in the corridor till 10pm. Adults partying in the corridor till 1am. Zero respect for the other guests. Hotel employees do nothing about it. Had to leave the hotel because it was impossible to rest there.

This was not good value ($211 + $50 net fee + charges & taxes = $300+) for 1 night!! Not again.

The location was good. The corner king unit had a sofa & chair to watch the tv.

There was no coffee sugar or "creamers" in the room. The fan was extremely noisy - we had to turn it off, therefore no heat. The tv volume was not good. The breakfast was good, but the coffee was not good & in foam cups.
