One of the worst experience.

Nothing.

Rooms were dirty. We have to change bedsheets on our own. Bathroom doors’ locks were broken. Two of the bathroom’s doors were get locked inside and no one came to help open or fix the doors we have to use cards to open the doors.

It was horrible, the smell of cigarettes, the dog barking non stop next door, the sound of the heater!! Even when I turned my heater I was hearing the other room heater. Horrible stay. Horrible rooms. I should’ve slept in my truck for that price.

Dirty, do not stay here.

Upon arrival, the lobby stunk of urine. They asked for payment, I asked to see the room first. We were taken up to the 2nd floor. Absolutely disgusting! garbage in the hallway outside the elevator. Non-smoking floor??? The air tasted like you were licking an ashtray. We obviously didn’t stay! The lady at the front desk was also very rude. Stay away.

nothing, it’s all self clean and no towels avoid. a lot of fight happened at night and in the morning. juste the location was good for us beside the work

everything, they never pass to clean with a redicules excuse “Covid-19’s “ hahahaha we already finish with that guys around the world, look for something else cause if you don’t have the staff for that we can understand…. it shouldn’t be acceptable from the gouvernement to ask the guest clean his own room and not avoid him towels etc.

I can tell that the room was all dirty, smelled like smoke in which the room was not allowed to smoke. under the mattress there was a lot of garbage, there wasn't enough hygiene and there were also menstruation marks and urine marks.

The fact that I was not contacted prior to my arrival advising of no elevator service. I have mcl tear was offered to walk 3 flights of stairs!! My refund is still not on my card when I was told it would be instant!! Drug addicts in front of entrance very poorly managed

If I didn't pay for my entire stay in advance I would have went to a cleaner, safer feeling hotel.

The halls smelt like urine, and god knows what, and we're dark and dreary. It felt like I was on the set of a horror movie.

nothing! spiders and Cobwebs all over the place, staff was nice but the location is understaffed extremely, you should not travel there with family and Kids, EXTREME! human trafficking alert!

sketchy people, we almost were followed, a sketchy guy in the lobby wanted our details. PLEASE do not GO THERE WITH YOUR KIDS

The rooms were in a horrible condition, super dirty beds with stains . Tried changing 4 rooms and stayed awake all night worrying about the bed bugs.

TV had good selection of channels. Towels were soft.

It was dirty, hairs in tub.. Never cleaned our room. We were told that they don't clean until we are gone because of COVID but we saw it as their way of cutting staff hours. had to ask for towels. Smell of marijuana in hallways. Garbage in the hall. Large stains on the carpet in hallway. Elevator broken and when I checked on reviews after it was too late, found that it had been broken for 2 years. No heat in the room and only had a thin blanket between two sheets for a cover. And for god sakes, tell them to buy a vacuum so the staff can clean the halls better.
