Location
Lounge and restaurant have great views but could be more intimate and comfortable. Parking is a bit of a circus.

Loved the room and facilities
Frustrating check in plus the hotel kept taking money multiple times saying it was more deposit money.

Staff was nice. View was good. Rooms were good. Location is good
They nickle and dimed us. $3 for water in the room and outrageous parking fees. Visitors were bullied about staying more than 15 minutes and threatened to be towed. Guests have to pay $40 for parking per day and if you want to eat at their restaurant you also have to pay for parking, so we just came to sleep there. Absolutely unacceptable. My family, we had multiple rooms, paid 1/3 of our bill on parking and nowhere was it stipulated that this was to be the case. We will never stay there again.

Breakfast was good. Unfortunately and sad there are many homeless people in the area. Some bother you when you are outside.

Convenient to where we had to go. quiet. it was comfortable. !
That you had to pay $3 for a bottle of water in the room, never had to pay for a bottle of water in the room before. and it didn’t have a pool……but that’s my fault for not noticing that when booking.

Location was perfect. Our event was at the Convention Centre which is right next door. There was a mix up with our room (king) but they gave us a different room (2 queens) with a good view and breakfast.
We didn't get the room we booked. They didn't let us know when we checked in. Would have preferred heads up rather than getting to the room and calling down to get things figured out. Parking is expensive and interesting.

Housekeeping did not clean the rooms.
