I am hard-pressed to think of anything that could be changed to make my day any better

The breakfast was great and the cook was wonderful, a great person and enjoyable to talk too. The front desk and cleaning staff were exemplary in their work and very caring about my needs. I thought I had left something in the room and they immediately went up and looked after I called and also left me a message later in the day to see how I made out when they couldn’t find Yet which a fortunately found at work I would definitely stay here again

I would have preferred there be a fitness centre on site, but definitely not a dealbreaker due to the professionalism and courtesy of the staff.

Excellent value, room was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast exceeded expectations.

Breakfast was excellent value - I appreciated that there was real cooked food (ie, eggs, sausage, waffles) rather than just cold cereals. Breakfast dining area was overcrowded, but I suspect that is because hotel was booked solid with people there to view the eclipse, and wouldn't be a regular occurrence. We were able to take food to our room and eat there.

Cleaning staff left their items in the hall for extended time such as bagged garbage that needed to go out.

i liked my stay and i recommend this place!

the hotel is good, clean, nice, good location, nearby some food restaurants, 15 min drive from the beach/marina, very comfy pillows

the breakfast area is too small and it was inconvenient

Short stay in a value for money hotel.

Location was very good. Staff were friendly and professional. The beds were very comfortable.

Breakfast was very basic. Only one chair to sit in a double room is very uncomfortable.

The perfect bed to relax after the beach! I loved it

The hotel is great! On the same street there is a restaurant, market and pharmacy. Close to Port Dover Beach and Turkey Point. The rooms are comfortable, the bed is wonderful and the cleaning service is also very good. They serve breakfast and all the staff is kind. Behind the hotel there is a very beautiful green space. I would certainly go back.

Injured back so elevator would have helped but the girl at the desk was kind enough to carry my luggage to my room. Thank you.

I didnt get breakfast bc it was done before i woke up. Sad face

Missing breakfast. And not sure if it's on the website, i may have missed it but, perhaps there should be a notice that those with mobility issues stay on the 1st flr as there is no elevator. Good location though.

It was in a good location, easy to get in and out.

The beds were not comfortable and when we came back to the room later that night we were told we had to come in the front main door but it was locked and no key entry we stood and waited 15 min for a staff member to come by and let us in. Everything else was good

I loved the breakfast. The staff working in the kitchen was super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, and the washroom was very clean.

The guy at the front desk when I checked in was helpful, but he could have been more welcoming. Feeling welcome is so inviting that it makes it easier to come back. The food and the room made up for that.

Good value

We travelled with a baseball team. We loved the bbq and green space behind the hotel.

The space offered for the breakfast was very limited. One front staff member was not friendly.

We booked online..My husband being a firefighter asked if there was any discounts available..we were told yes but we couldn’t have a discount because we booked online! Very disappointed that we could of had 50$ off the rate!

Green space behind the building. Good breakfast: bacon, eggs, potatoes, bread, muffins, yogurts etc

Carpet in the the room smelly, small window, dark room.
