Comfortable, spacious room, in good condition. Great location, convenient to the Public Square and the rail line to the airport, with one of the main restaurant rows just across the street (there are also coffee and pizza places inside the building). The Arcade, a spectacular historic space, is actually part of the hotel.
A minor quibble: the historic character of the building doesn't carry over the rooms, which are fine but generic.

Good proximity to all the restaurants close to everything walking distance
We were not aware that the location of our hotels is being used for a movie shoot for Superman movie and we weren’t treated very nicely by the staff that was accompanying the movie crew. We couldn’t even go downstairs in the coffee bar to have a coffee or sit in there to have coffee, we weren’t allowed to go into the bar area as well so we didn’t use that for our entire stay having to use the back entrance of the hotel for the entire day. There was a lot of inconveniences.

Habitación amplia. Buena ubicación para caminar al Museo del rock & roll y al estadio de los Cleveland cavaliers.
La habitación está junto a uno de los ascensores que no para de sonar toda la noche y puede incomodar el sueño del huesped

Everything, we are looking into possibly getting married there
Is a little expensive for how basic the rooms are, a microwave and slightly bigger fridge would be nice but still very much so worth it overall

The atmosphere, the location was awesome, staff were super friendly, and fast to getting our stuff to us. Beautiful on the inside, rooms were awesome!
Our room, the view out the window was a wall, but other than that we loved it here! We plan to stay again for our browns game this fall.

Good location, easy but pricey self parking, that’s it.
Good location, easy but pricey self parking, way over priced. As soon as you enter the building it’s obvious that repairs have been neglected for a long time. Our room was clean, but absolutely no decor and not the slightest HINT at luxury, or even convenience! The staff was nice and that’s the last kind thing I have to say. I can’t believe I didn’t spend an extra hundred bucks and just stay at the Ritz. Paid for a room with a view, and our “view” was of a dark, dirty rooftop, and a bunch of windows. And the “ toiletries”, or should I say, lack there of? Three bottles of bland, suds-less cleanser stuck to the wall. To wash my hands I literally had to step into the bathtub. And the first thing I noticed in the bathtub was a GIANT wad of dark hair stuck to the bathtub and shower combo wall, clearly left behind from the previous guest. This hotel is so bad we got up and left at 6 am. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Staff is good .
Overall cleanliness ! It’s not clean at all! Rooms have dust on study table , night lamp tables , back of the beds , bathrooms ! I felt like I am at my home doing deep cleaning ! Beds were uncomfortable and very small! Found dry peels of orange as soon as we entered the room

Pros
1. Clean Hotel: The Hyatt Regency Arcade in Cleveland maintains a high standard of cleanliness, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay.
2. Decent Location: Situated in a convenient spot, it offers easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
3. Nice and Clean Rooms: The rooms, while not ultra-modern, strike a good balance between contemporary and classic, emphasizing cleanliness and comfort.
Cons
1. Misleading Arcade Association: Although the hotel markets itself as part of the historic arcade - America’s first actual mall - the reality falls short of expectations.
2. Empty Shops in the Arcade: Contrary to what might be expected, about 75% of the shops in the arcade are unoccupied, leading to a somewhat desolate atmosphere.
3. Misrepresentation Post-Covid: The hotel attributes the emptiness to Covid-19, but investigations reveal that the decline in occupancy predates the pandemic.
4. Limited Shopping Experience: If you’re visiting with the intention of enjoying a vibrant shopping scene in the arcade, you might be disappointed as many shops are closed or non-existent.
5. Aesthetic Appeal Only: The arcade still retains its architectural beauty and heritage value, making it a good spot for photography enthusiasts or those interested in historical structures.

The architecture of the building itself was beautiful. The staff was friendly but professional and very accommodating and they kept the facility in perfect condition. We couldn’t ask for a better experience.

What a beautiful location for our visit. We could walk to local restaurants and it was centrally located for all our activities. The car valet service was exceptional. Staff very professional and polite.

The inside was absolutely beautiful, the rooms were clean and in neat order.
No free parking, valet is $42 over night. They charge an extra $50 for expenses, it's refundable but it takes 3-5 days before you get it back. The rooms are located on one end of the hotel, while the lobby is on the other end. All the shops inside the arcade are closed to the public.

the room was large for a king room, tall ceilings. very clean.
there was so much noise in this building it was insane. wedding happened during our stay, it was so loud our room was shaking. just not anything I ever expected. no way to relax when all you can here is everything outside your door. which was the majority of the building.
