Balcony was nice.
Could hear everything from room upstairs, their floor (my ceiling) creaked with every little step and they stomped badly. They sent security supposedly but didn't help and I didn't sleep all night! I even videoed with my phone to catch the noise and it was LOUD on my phone even. TV in room always lost satellite signal and no option to sign into streaming at all. Asked housekeeping three times for more coffee pods and they never brought any. Room service finally got some from housekeeping and brought to us. After all that, they deducted the "resort fee" from my bill which was $25. Room was almost $300 to begin with and I didn't use "resort features" anyway. Was so looking forward to staying there because the place is so nice. Beautiful view, nice balcony. Ordered room service for breakfast which wasn't anything to write home about and was $82 for two people. Two breakfast burritos with breakfast potatoes, and a chip tray with one egg on it.

The fridge didn't work properly, there wasn't a view I paid for. The staff did nothing to make it special, unlike many other places I have stayed at on special occasions. The staff made a $380. Error and then told me it was unfortunate, but it will be back in the account in 10 days. I called the hotel and politely said that it is unacceptable. Most people can stay at a very nice hotel with a better view than what I paid for, nicer more accommodating staff for a lot less money. What a shame. My son in law and my daughter were spending his last night home at this hotel. He is in the army and being sent out. I explained to the staff how special it was and they were completely uninterested. They also charged them $380 . I had already paid for everything! I paid for dinner, the massage, and the hotel plus gratuities. They are a young couple and do not have the money for such things. He was leaving his wife and newborn baby with no money, and when I called the hotel to ask why they were charged I was told it was just a mistake and they will get it back in 10 days. They can't afford that mistake and I spoke with someone at the desk a few days before and said if they need anything to call me it is a special day for them and I am paying for everything.! Repeatedly! The view was upsetting, just trees in the windows, and I asked for the mountain view, no flowers on the bed, or a bottle of champagne like other hotels have done for me across the globe. In this economy, most people can't afford or are choosing not to indulge in frivolous spending. The uninterested attitude of the staff and the lack of empathy or concern or urgency to make it right was heartbreaking. My husband and I called, and my son in law called the hotel until we got the money back. It was a very frustrating day and sad because my son in law and my daughter spent it worrying about money before he left for duty.
A free stay when he returns and being treated like they deserve!

The views were absolutely breathtaking. The room was very well maintained and cleaned.
The only issue I had was the room didn’t get cold enough so I was constantly waking up with night sweats.

Very comfortable beds! Lighting was a little weird with where the light switches were located. Black out curtains were effective. Patio was lovely. Pools were lovely. Entire resort was beautiful. Breakfast was okay
Very easy to hear loud neighbors.

I loved the cozy spacious rooms, the view and the convenience of other restaurants and stores.
It was really good for the short time I visited!

My husband and I came to Colorado Springs as a mini honeymoon to celebrate us getting hitched recently! Unbeknownst to us, the resort upgraded our room FREE OF CHARGE to the Presidential Suite which was such an amazing surprise. We had damn near 360 view of the resort and mountains, views from every single room and it snowed one day we were there so the fireplace in the room was literally perfect!
Staff was extremely polite and helpful, the rooms were clean, towels did not have a smell to them (which for some reason is now something we have to check bc other hotel towels just don't smell clean at all)
We did not have any complaints during our stay here!
We will for sure be coming back! :)
Not being able to smoke (weed LOL) on the balcony while taking in the breathtaking views! But literally not a big deal at all.

The property itself is nice. Great view. Pools were great.
Way overpriced. $400/night should only be luxury with nicer and cleaner rooms. This place should not cost more than $250/night absolute maximum. We ate the breakfast buffet and in room dining. Again for the prices that are charged, this food should be much better. If we ever return to the area we will look at other places to stay.

Breakfast was decent for the price. The bed was fabulous. Property was lovely. Ac was powerful and the drapes were truly black out.
The fridge was broken. The toilet ran all night long and we couldn’t get it to stop. Someone had left their room service left overs in the walkway early day one and it was still there day 2, cleanliness and hygiene is very obviously not a priority for the property.

Restaurants were not good. Service was fine but the food for dinner which we ate twice was very disappointing. Breakfast buffet had cold scrambled eggs.

Well I was a bit nervous from reading some reviews but we decided to give this resort a try and we were glad we did. It is a cabin feel to it but the room we had had a great view of the mountains, golf course, and lake. The breakfast was buffet but again we felt it was excellent value. The hotel is also close to the old Colorado springs and new Colorado spring areas (10 -15 min drive) tucked away in a quiet neighbor hood. If we ever go back this is where we would stay.

The view and facilities were wonderful!
We ordered food from an outside location and wanted to eat it in the lobby at a general table and we were kicked out. We went outside and someone came up and smoked a cigar right next to us so once again we had to leave. Should be no smoking on the public deck where the fire pits are.

The noise insulation between levels is non existent. The occupants from above woke us up every day at 4am by simply walking about their room till the morning.

Good location nice room.
The seasoned staff was outstanding. The new staff needs work. Housekeeping pounded on a do not disturb sign at 9 am. And did not stop until the door was opened, then did not apologize. The front desk was to give room credit. Didn't see that!

Close to the zoo!!!! The view was beautiful. The lobby gave you high hopes for the quality of room.
The food was not good and for the price, it was awful. Not a lot of staff available to help, but those that you could find, were very nice.
