Prime location. Quiet building. Nice size suites!

Although the rooms appeared tidy, after a closer look we discovered linens had stains on them. We found different colors/strands of hair in the bedding and roaches in the kitchenette. WiFi connection was unreliable so I couldn’t get any work done. Both rooms that I booked were on complete opposite sides of the property and in two different buildings in which one of the elevators was temperamental so my grandmother had to go up & down three flights of stairs. We were also told that we didn’t have access to the pool and jacuzzi.

Horrible. Had to move out after 1 night

I got a rash all over my body because of the bedsheet or the laundry detergent that was used to wash the bedsheets

Ugh. Don't stay here.

Bed bugs, we came home with bites on legs and arms. Weird odor in room. Location of the room- we were given the last room in building which is only a few feet from the busy street. Poor lighting.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Awful experience!

The room was large and the location was good.

The walls are paper thin and it was so noisy. We got no sleep. We could hear everything the neighboring rooms were doing including every time they slammed a door or put the toilet seat down. In the morning the maids were super loud and had walkie talkies on full volume going off constantly starting at like 6 am. The front desk girl was very rude upon check in. The parking lot is awful with very tiny spots. If u have a big truck don’t even consider it. I will not be returning here and would definitely never recommend it to anyone. It especially bummed us out bc the price we paid was high so we expected it to be way nicer and were completely let down. I hope they can start doing better.

Negative desk personnel

Not understanding the $20.00 unnecessary parking fee. If the parking slip is not displayed then have it towed. Also front desk not people oriented. The man who check us in at first couldn't find my name. Then I showed him and he states ohhhhh with middle initial which made no sense and finally found it. Maybe he was just having a bad evening, but don't take it out on your guest. The younglady behind the desk was busy texting on her phone leaning against the wall just to the right. When guest arrive put phones away. Not professional!

Rude staff, small driving spaces, clean room

Our room was cleaned, organized and well stocked

Property feels like they tried to cram as much as they could into a small space. Not enough room for cars to drive through properly with tight parking spaces not allowing 2 cars to park next to each other without almost hitting one another. Stairwell smelled like someone had gone to the restroom in there. Upon check in, Rude treatment from front staff seeming like they just wanted to get us checked in and out of there way as well which really set the tone for the rest of our stay along with the previously mentioned issues.

San Diego One Night Only

Staff was extremely helpful. The location was excellent.

Hotel guests were having multiple parties in rooms and it was difficult to sleep with all the noise.

Dirty room and rude staffs

Location

The room was dirty and smelly. The bed and pillow has black stains. The staffs was rude and doesn't have anyone can clean the room for us. We have to check out at the same same we arrived. Also doesn't have pool..

Convenient but it may come at a cost. If you don’t like spiders this isn’t the place for you

The property is located in a convenient area. Close to shopping, eating, and transportation routes.

Spider in my bed when I woke up. Lowkey I think I was bit because now I have a place coming up on my thigh

Convenient and clean

The location was great. We were able to walk to sports arena.

Traffic noise, wild parrots squawking, alarm clock (not set by us) went off early in the morning. Please add comforter to bed.

Clean and at good location.

Property was neat and clean. Staff were very cooperative. Every day housekeeping was done. At this price my stay with family was fabulous.

Limited refills at room and limited time for coffee.

Extremely stressful & non-refundable was craziness. We paid additional $266.24 for a 2nd room after

Service. Upgrading the facility needs to be listed on line when restaurant & food not available like offered on line. Pool or hot tub need to be available. Accommodating all 4 clients as agreed upon on the reservations. Room wasn't ready @ check in. We waited in vehicle additional hour while they attempted to clean the room.

The staff was so rude to us, no service orientation and by the way, they charge you again for parking once you arrive.

Rooms were clean and lobby, beds were comfortable.

Parking lot and facilities are run down. Lots of homeless people around, I wouldn’t feel safe if I was traveling alone.

It was relatively close to the event we were attending.

I was disappointed to find out when we checked into the hotel that there was an additional $25 per night parking fee. The website I used to book the hotel listed the parking as free. We will not stay here again and I will not use that website again.

No pool wasn't notified the pool wasn't working until I got to the motel. No breakfast. Bulb in the room was super dull and didn't give off a lot of ligh.

The location was good, accessible to the beach and restaurants.

Room service was done only upon request, although the front desk said the rooms were serviced every other day, but our room wasn’t serviced during our 4 day stay.
