Trop cher pour le peu de commodité

La piscine était belle et l'eau chaude. La vue de la chambre était super.

Pour le prix il n'y avait rien d'inclus (stationnement, déjeuner). Il n'y a pas de restaurant et nous ne pouvons pas manger dans l'air commune seulement dans les chambres. Le personnel du service à la clientèle pas du tout courtois et la dame que nous avons eu à l'accueil la 1ere nuit répondait très brèvement a nos questions et vraiment sec. Lit très dure et pas confortable.

Location. Cleanliness. Comfy pillows and bed.

Would like lighter "couette" on the bed and longer bedsheet. Would like a walk-in shower in king rooms. In addition to the tiny bottle of shampoo, would appreciate hair conditioner and shower soap.

it was good except for the extra charges for parking and breakfast.

the room was clean. the room was very quiet. comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful.

for >$200 per night I expect free parking. The breakfast isn't much and there was a charge. Again, for the price it is kind of cheap of you to charge extra. ONE ice machine for the whole hotel? Ridiculous.

Never saw the worst hotel like this before

There was little hair conditioner , it could not be enough for even one person , I asked the front desk to one more, she said no. This was essentials for a hotel. We can’t sit in lobby if we didn’t buy their drinks. The hotel looks like still in construction. See below photo, that is room ceiling. That is still concrete.There is not a fan in bathroom, and the shower is the cheapest model in market, you can’t adjust the shower head angle…

It was close to our Rock show

Hidden cost of the parking.$12 for one night (Desk clerk..."Do you have a car?it is 12$ to park")... it's not downtown Manhattan. And 15$ for a continental breakfast!!!! Same Price for a hotel in Quebec and both were included in the price! And I was expecting nicer room. The lobby was the focal point...the room not so much

Hotel is nice in the lobby. But not much updated for the rest.

No bar No restaurant We hear everything outside and really everything Couldn't sleep much because of that Old TV couldn't even change channel or see guide

The continental breakfast was extremely bad. Only boiled eggs and toast was made available.

Passable

Had to pay extra for parking even when not using underground parking. Didn't have b'fast; was not included in price because I reserved through Booking.com Fridge was way too cold, fruits that I bought froze during the night. Pillows very uncomfortable and only 3 for a king bed. Only 2 K-cup coffees. Only 2 sets of towels. Minimum of everything. Cheap for what I consider an expensive hotel in a very good location. Doesn't think of going back.

I look forward to my next stay in Sherbrooke. It is such a beautiful city.

Beautiful setting on the river. Fire works were awesome. Nicely landscaped terrace.

It’s time to upgrade your elevators to MRL. I could smell the odour of the Hydraulik oil.

Very good

I didn't like that they would NOT allow us to use the lounge at night to eat when it was constantly never used. They just continued to say NO even when we would have bought WAY over priced drinks from their lobby.

The place was clean , staff friendly

No option for early checkin yet it was offered on the website. The sheets were stiff and felt like plastic. The pillow was not comfortable at all.

extra fees mandatory

Parking fees are mandatory when all the other hotels in Sherbrooke are free. This is ridiculous. Also, because I reserved throught booking.com I had to pay for the continental breakfast.... for 235$ this is exagerated.

Superb

Great location, nice and comfy rooms. Helpful staff assisting in recovery and reception of luggage misplaced by airline.

Parking fees for hotel guests are excessive.

Short of expectations.

Comfortable room but much noise heard from the hall.

Maybe the doors could be better sealed to avoid noise from the hallway. View on the east side was atrocious with the roof of the canopy of the entrance. More than anything, one would expect the breakfast on Sunday morning to last until later than 10:00.. going for a morning jog at nine around the lake and told that there is no more breakfast after 10:00 on a weekend was very surprising, Very expensive for a small town like Sherbrooke: not the value expected for over $ 200 per night which is a big-city price... Would seriously reconsider staying there .

Lonely memory. Quiet and classy.

Coffee needed to be much warmer Breakfast okay- nothing out of the ordinary.

Room was beautiful however “mood” lighting is a challenge in the elevator especially. Would have enjoyed at least ONE brighter light in our room!!
