- Spacious room
- Clean throughout
- Friendly and helpful staff, including on reception and in the restaurant
- Secure parking underground and open car park option behind hotel
- Walking distance to shops and restaurants
When we first entered the room, there was a unpleasant smell (sewege) which lingered around the bathroom and entrance. The bathroom and bedroom were clean, but the smell was off putting, we spoke to reception and two members of staff went to investigate. They confirmed they could also smell this and suggested a room spray, my husband asked for an alternative room, however they apologised and said as they were busy, there were no rooms available. My husband asked if there was anything else they could do and they offered us a voucher to cover our breakfast as an apology and room spray. This was acceptable given they were busy, however it was frustrating we had to ask what they could do, rather than them making a suggestion.

I was told upon checkin that parking our Tesla Y was free of charge at the underground carpark. We were charged $18.00 when we got our bill by email.

Sans charme, sans âme, sans intérêt véritable, mais assez confortable. Salle de bain minuscule mais correcte.
Petit-déjeuner acceptable.

We werden heel warm ontvangen. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en attent. We hebben ons nog nooit zo welkom gevoeld in een hotel. We hebben een upgrade gekregen voor onze huwelijksreis, zo lief! Direct de grootste suite gekregen. Heerlijk geslapen.

Clean, well designed, quiet

Room was clean, well lit and spacious. We didn't access the pool, but wish we did. The food from Cordo was delicious! We ordered dinner the first night and then breakfast the next morning. The staff provided excellent service.
Nothing really, but if I had to comment on something, I would say that it would have been nice to have a patch of grass (or fake grass) for my small dogs to do their business on outside.

Great breakfast, not overly expensive. Starbucks in the lobby was super handy. Staff are amazing. Really clean . Bedding was very comfortable, as was the bed. Really nice shower. Really nice having secure underground parking. Pool and hot tub is amazing on the rooftop. Overall excellent hotel and service.

The room was clean and a nice size. Excellent location downtown Kamloops
The bed should be firmer and the pillows were too big- unless you are a giant.

Elevators were very poorly maintained, walls scratched, floor dirty

Fine and clean hotel, nice and polite staff.
The hotel is fine but I was quite disappointed with service.
Every interaction I had with the reception desk, even for simple questions, left me with the impression that the staff were nice and polite, but clueless and insufficiently trained.
After unpacking in my room, I found out the safe wasn't working and displayed "BATTERY". The staff took some time to react and was clueless about how to replace the battery, so I was proposed to move to another (smaller) room, repack, unpack again, which was especially painful for me for I have a broken shoulder and was tired from my flight, lost more than one hour with this.
I forgot an important document on the breakfast table in the restaurant. In the evening I couldn't get it back, it apparently got trashed even though it had my name all over it.
I left laundry at the reception desk on friday morning, as it is advertised "same day". Only when I asked for it in the evening I finallly got informed there was no laundry made on fridays, and I would get it back only on monday - after staff spent 20 minutes looking for it.
Had to do the week-end without my clothes.
Once, laundry is given back without shirts even being ironed. Just poorly stacked in a plastic bag (even though I checked "shirts on hangers" on the card, which got ignored). I had to take it from the reception desk, where it should be brought back to my room.
2 other times I got my laundy properly ironed and brought back to my room, so I don't understand.
This doesn't fit with a 4-star hotel.
The water station on the 4th floor has been displaying "MAINTENANCE" for the whole 2 weeks of my stay, so you don't know if water from there is actually drinkable or not.
The small coffe machine in the room makes the worst brown juice I ever had. A Nespresso machine would be welcome, as in many good standig hotels.
The room small useless refrigerator is especially noisy at night. Wakes you up each time it starts.

Great stopover on a road trip. Hotel was clean, comfortable and staff were very helpful. We had a problem with the TV in our room which the staff couldn’t fix but they moved and upgraded us without question.
Beers on tap at the bar weren’t working which was disappointing as there were lots of local beers to try!

Sehr freundliches Personal, unkompliziertes Parken.

Great place to pit stop between Vancouver and Jasper or Banff
Pool area / food were great after a long drive room was very comfortable and breakfast was lovely

In the center of town so walking to restaurants etc
The air conditioning is very noisy and when the toilet is flushed it is extremely noisy, similer to being on an airplane

Clean comfortable hotel located in downtown Kamloops close to cafes, restaurants, and Riverside park. Staff were really helpful and friendly.
Breakfast/brunch was excellent.
Rooftop pool and patio was a nice space to sit out and enjoy sun.
Unfortunately the sound proofing is not very good and our room was directly opposite the lift. We were kept awake until 2am by loud, drunk guests leaving a wedding reception on the same floor as our room. The hotel was full so there was not a option to move.

Staff was friendly, pool was great!
There was a big party at the pool, our room was located a close to the pool. When the party was over there was a group of men yelling and laughing for hours into the morning with multiple room occupants asking them to be quiet. Staff didn’t do anything about it. It kept my son and I up most of the night.

Friendly staff, bed was ok, breakfast was ok
Small room, especially bathroom, loud aircon, very expensive for the quality of the hotel, 5* prices for 3* rooms and facilities
3.5 / 5.0
The breakfast was excellent, the lunch was terrible. The kitchen and service was a 3 out 10.
The room photos showed a much larger room than what I was given. The kitchen seemed to be extremely understaffed and even though the restaurant was half empty on our last day, we were told they couldn't accommodate us for breakfast because they were completely booked.

Nothing
The fact that we were out there on an emergency situation and our rooms were already booked and paid for and they wanted a deposit and wouldn’t take cash, as it was my son that booked and paid for the rooms and I didn’t have his card nor do I have a credit card and they refused us the rooms when the town was completely booked as well as surrounding areas and we had to them sleep in our vehicle. Now I don’t think you can get more ignorant then that! Not only that I suffer from a chronic pain disease which has now caused me even more pain and health issues because of this unnecessary inconvenience! At this point I would not recommend your hotel to anyone!

Hot tub was a bit dirty

Pleasant newly renovated hotel with secured parking. Good location near many restaurants
Glass shower door opens awkwardly and does not keep water in shower properly as there is a gap between shower door and the glass partition in bathroom. PARKING should have been included in room rate as it was almost C$ 300 a night. Other hotel we stayed on same street in Kamloops was half the price and we got free breakfast

The room is new and clean. The parking is also very convenient.

Not a lot but it was ok, nothing to really complain about.
Location, nothing much going on, was a means to an end. Also, some issues when we checked out around card charges that maybe could have been handled in a more friendly way. All resolved eventually but left a bit of a bad taste.
