Pleasant

Breakfast was ok.

24 hr. before our stay I was informed that do to covid some services were effected. Perhaps that was why breakfast was just ok.

Unsafe and unclean hotel.

Nothing was good about this hotel.

The hotel room was extremely dirty and unsafe. There was a 2 inch gap under the hotel door and no deadbolt so that anyone could have broken in easily. There was dirty and grime over every surface and hotel staff were accommodating at best and dishonest at worst. The price was far too high for the room.

Comfortable room, good size, great location. Staff were very friendly.

I loved my four-night stay. I would book again if I ever needed a convenient place to stay.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel was also really accessible via bus transportation like right Infront of the hotel. Service delivery was also very convenient. Bed was comfortable. Showers were awesome, pressure temperature everything great. Quite tranquil no unnecessary Noice from the outside. Great place for travelers on a budget.

I wish there was more clarity on the breakfast part. But then again, I didn't ask, I just assumed they'd bring it to the room since I didn't see a restaurant. Some guests are kind of shy to ask but they could ask guests on arrival where they would like to have their breakfast if at all offered. There was a small common area at the reception. Maybe that's where breakfast is served, I don't know, just ask when you get there. Better scent to the rooms would be nice.

This is a real 'DUMP'.

Location only

This place is a dump, literally! It was filthy, floors, microwave, counters. Sheets were yellow, towels well worn and yellow, bedspread had stains. Doors had fingerprints. Kleenex box cover goopy, empty, and disgusting. No instructions on how to run air-conditioning or heat. Ice chest filthy. In short, this place rates lower than a 1. Please go elsewhere and be happy.

If there wasn't a bullet hole in the door and the sheets and towels were clean, it would have been fine.

Passable

New floors, fast to get hot water in shower, location was easy to access.

No closet or anywhere to hang clothes, burn holes in comforters on bed, large burn hole in shower curtain.

Disgustingly Disappointed

The place was absolutely filthy. Took me 2 hrs to clean the bathroom so I can have a bath. There was pee all over toilet plus mould around toilet.The microwave had food all on the inside. The bedding was dirty. To be honest not worth the money. The front desk lady was rather rude and arrogant. Wouldnt come unlock door to let me in. As the door was frozen. I had to resort to the window. I'm also 5 months pregnant. The walls had dirt, dust, food, beverage spills all over them. So after is all said and done I spent to probably 3 am cleaning so I can have a nice bath. N changing rooms could of been an option but I didn't want to burden. So I waited and told the from desk lady and she refused to resolve the matter at all or even give me the change that was owed to me in first place. Refused to give me her managers number. Was very rude.

Toilet in room didn’t flush. got moved to another room at 10:00 pm and the second room didn’t have toilet paper. not impressed when it’s 5 am and no toilet paper.

Easy to find, lots of parking, accommodating staff and close to restaurants etc.

Not enough towels in the room, breakfast was a little sparse.

Decent place for one night stay en-route to your next destination

The room was spacious, bathroom was clean. Stayed one night, bed was clean and comfortable.

AC is noisy, not for light sleepers. Non-existent breakfast, it was basically jam and bread to take to your room. Don't expect much if the listing says 'Breakfast included'. Wires (from TV/AC/Fridge) in the room can be a tripping hazard for families with young children.

Breakfast was served in the lobby with bread, butter, jam, muffin, juice & coffee

Refrigerator was in the working order but needed to defrost as their was lot of ice in it.

Nice - but watch your bikes and valuables 🙄

Larger room than expected. Good to have fridge but very little utensils if you want to cook. Clean shower bath and asked for extra towels and pillows which they provided. Comfy beds.

Bad news - On the way back we stopped here but our two bikes locked on back of our car were stolen and no CCTV records and apparently this is regular occurrence 🙄😭 police said this happens often and we have no chance of getting them back with damage to our car.

Clean is my priority - did not mean my expectations.

Perfect location, easy access by foot to a few restaurants - less than a 5 minutes walk. Also close to highways but very quiet.

Cleanliness is neglected. Entrance carpet was not vacuumed AND next morning when we came to take our shower and closed the bathroom door we found a couple of dirty actually filthy towels hanging behind the door. We did report this to guest service at reception. Even clean towels were not so clean. Coffee machine was broken. Breakfast is actually grab to go - no fruits and yogourt was set in a tray without ice in front of the window right in the sun! Asides from a cup of coffee and a couple of bites off of a muffin - don't count on breakfast.

bed sheets had multiple hairs and smells like someone else had just slept in the bed, but the staffs quickly replaced the sheets which is awesome.

Great stay at Rodeway!

The workers were very kind and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and good value! Nothing bad to say! I would stay again.

The breakfast could have been a bit better!
