Location and kitchen was well equipped
Mattress has seen better days. Could do better job on cleaning. For the cost of the stay and cleaning fee do not understand why the guest needs to take out all garbage and clean up before leaving. Had called ahead to request for extra towels but sadly they were never sent to us.

The location was pretty great. Close to everything.
When we first got there, there was blood in the elevator. It was still there the next day. A significant amount. The room itself was definitely smaller and stuffier than what the pictures relayed.

Location was perfect. Style of suite was perfect for our group. Kitchen was well equipped. Having a pool.
204 - No power to kitchen in when we arrived, we had to flip breaker. 2 burners on stove never did work. Deck was dirty. Sliding door to deck needs repair. Kitchen Sink faucet needed repair while we were there , thanks for sending maintainance.
214 - TV picture bounces/flashes when turned on, couldn't watch it at all.

Location of ski storage wasn't very practical

The location was brilliant and the apartment was warm, clean and comfortable with plenty of room for my wife and me and our son and daughter in law.
The corridors were cold and rather unwelcoming and the parking spaces were extremely tight!

great location in the center of the village! free underground parking!
Difficult keyless (no front desk) check in and additional deposit/ waiver forms I didn’t receive beforehand so lost 40min contacting them to figure it out for keyless entry while standing in the cold.

Long numbers for access code
4.2
Easy access and very clean.

A perfect location, the apartment has all in detail. I liked the crispy sheets and the overall cleanliness.
Some times the door code was a little challenging to operate. However, the staff at the office was extremely friendly to help out.
4.2
Instructions concise and correct.
Booked specifically for Air-conditioning. At arrival it wouldn’t start, was hot in the Apartment. We advised Management and a helpful young man arrived next morning and reset it. I then had a vague memory of reading a review by a former guest relating the same experience. Aircon didn’t work, they called a Maintenance Man and he reset it etc., The aircon stopped working a lot. Usually at night. 3 small fans in cupboard and we always used one at night - it was too hot otherwise to sleep. Because of cramped bedroom - weird wall angles - the fan on the floor was a bit dangerous.
Also a very strange unpleasant odour permeates the Complex. At elevators it is overwhelmingly awful. I thought it was the smell of the Garbage Room……

nothing

The check-in and check-out process was super easy. One of my friends got Covid and we had to reschedule the trip and they were very accommodating. We originally booked unit 302 but were rebooked for unit 308.
The place was really quiet and we never received any complaints from other units for staying up late and making noise.
The location was stellar.
It was a little annoying that we had to take out our own trash when we pay for resort fees and I never had to take out my own trash when I stayed at other places in Whistler.
The parking is horrendous. When we arrived at our designated parking spot, there was already a car parked next to us. The car was within the white lines but I couldn't fit my Mazda 3. I tried calling customer service because this lodge doesn't have a front desk. The guy basically said that there is nothing he can do as the unit assigned next to us wasn't one of the units that Whiskey Jack owns. So he said that I have to personally go knock on their door and ask them to re-park their car. The staff was basically no help. Thankfully the people moved their car and we both were able to fit. We had maybe 2 inches between our cars and couldn't open the passenger side car door. The driver's side wasn't any better. I was able to open the door enough to slide out. I couldn't ask the car next to the driver's side to move their car because we had a pillar in between. Overall parking experience was terrible. If I had brought my SUV I couldn't park and I'd had to go look for free parking far away from the lodge. We will never come back to this place.

Love the location and space, great value. Clean, comfy beds and all the necessities in the kitchen.
Could not work the fireplace or heat in the living room. Was also not informed we needed to sign up for use of the hot tub/pool.
4.2
Great location within walking distance of all the action.
Unit was spacious, very clean and comfortable w good amenities.
Nice little pool and hottub but only available late afternoons and evenings and books up quickly.
Stove was erratic…one element and stove didn’t work.
Hard to find building as address hard to read, name of building covered by hedges and GPS erratic here in Whistler.
Checkout of 10am is too early…even an extra hour would be great.

Olympic area near by and location in the village. Also the foot traffic and noise was less than elsewhere in the village. Parking in the building was included. Good sized unit.
Play ground was noisy at times but ok. Pool and hot tub not open due to COVID-19.

Location can't be beat. The place was clean spacious and would be ideal if all things were working properly. Parking easy though they did have us switch spots one time. Wierd. Washer dryer, full kitchen, lots of storage, fireplace you name it they had it. Patio is a little wierd in summer with A/C unit out there but it has a good view of the playground and olympic square park. Rooms and bathrooms were good and our daughter loved the loft. Our kids loved the space and loved the loft. Kitchen was well equipped with lots of everything. We communicated with the Hotel Customer service a couple times and they were quick to answer and quite polite. Had a suggestion to try help and cool down our kids with the weather being so hot and the A/C being out the first day.
The A/C broke down within an hour on the first day when it was over 40 degree's celsuis. This unfortunate event ended up dictacting the whole trip as the unit never really did cool down after that. While they ended up fixing it, it wasn't until the next day around noon. I would think there might be some special condition when the temperature is that hot due to safety. My partner and our son (who's 1) had to sleep on the living room floor all night to try to stay cool via some fans and the patio door open. Both kids really had a tough time with no A/C. We had 4 fans going and had even brought one of them from home (Dyson) and it just was barely managable. Also the pool was closed so any quick dip option to cool down was no available. I would not recommend staying in that suite (304) if the temperature was over 35 celsuis. The fridge alone produces so much heat it was a constant losing battle at that temperature. Also, with the loft space it's just way to hard to cool down.

Everything was great. Beds were so comfortable and a/c was quiet and worked well. View from room was awesome. Kitchen was well stocked and I was able to bake chicken and whip up meals very quickly.
One minor thing was that the recycling room code was not communicated.

The property had a fully equipped kitchen which was amazing for cooking dinner. Amazing location and great layout for 5 girls!
The property had some garbage left in it and such and had egg shells, wine bottles etc around. It didn’t look like they had done much of a detailed clean considering they refuse you a later check out due to “Covid-19 policy”.

Great room
Water pressure for shower was horrible a d could have used extra blankets
