Ca ne vaut pas le prix payé

Etat des lieux, mal propre, forte odeurs de de produits nettoyants, chambre à côté de la maintence qui fait du bruit tôt le matin. Tapis déchirés un peu partout dans l'hôtel

Ce qui serait à améliorer.

La chambre était grande, confortable et tranquille, vue sur la forêt. La chambre était prête plus tôt, tel que j' avais demandé.

Le tapis n' était pas très propre. Le manque de commodités, pas d'eau fraîche et de glace, pas de restaurant et la douche ne fonctionnait pas bien.

The hallways were dirty, kids stomping on the floors. I don't understand why kids are not located at one end only 😡

The swimming pool was the best part of the hotel. The kids liked it a lot. The water could be a little warmer though, like they have it in Marriott.

Overall the hotel looked quite rundown. Like it had known better times.

It was clean and spacious. The room was big. The staff was friendly.

The pool was always busy. There were many people in the spa, all of the time. The breakfast choices were limited.

The pool area. The hot tub was always full. With families with children. Even a blowup floater for a baby. No room for adults to relax. Meanwhile the pool was empty.

Would not book this hotel again nor would I would recommend it. The staff are not reactive to issues even if several people have complained about noise and loitering. This is a budget hotel for large sports teams. Unclean and not well managed. The smell in the room was disgusting. They clearly use deodorizers to mask other smells. Hotel is outdated and needs a revamp or charge much less.

Should be included. Did not eat it as it cost too much for too little.

Carpet on stairs from lobby is worn and threadbare. Pool needs to be cleaned, hot tub needs to be updated.

Stay was simply a one night on trip out east. Would not recommend making this hotel a destination.

The hotel room was run down and tired looking. Bathrooms need major updating. Things were broken/missing/dented and not fixed. The ice machine was incredibly loud in the hall. Fridge in room was loud. Nothing fancy about this place, just a basic room.

ROOM, POOL, BED, NICE AND QUIET - LIKED THE NO SMOKING. ASKED THE ROOM SERVICE FOR MORE SOAP AND SHAMPOO AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND EVEN ASKED IF ANYTHING ELSE TO LET THEM KNOW.

AT CHECK OUT RECEPTIONIST COULD NOT GIVE ME A PRINTOUT OF MY PAID BILL... UNACCEPTABLE. BREAKFAST WAS NOT THE GREATEST I EXPECTED MORE - HAD TO GO OUT TO EAT. WOULD HAVE PREFERED TO EAT AT THE HOTEL AND NOT WASTE GAS LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO EAT. THE COFFEE AT YOUR RECEPTION WAS ONLY WARM AND THE HOT WATER FOR TEA WAS COLD. THE RECEPTIONIST DID NOT KNOW HOW AND WHERE TO GET ME HOT WATER FOR TEA.
