décor pas le plus moderne, mais très acceptable

This Quality Inn was well located in the city and easily accessible to downtown as well as all the major highways. Decent restaurants within walking distance which is a plus. A good breakfast was included within the hotel complex. The room was large and clean.
The only negative feature was the front entrance needs curb appeal. The cement steps were broken, there was a garbage can attached to the handrail, blocking it. Certainly not convenient nor safe for anyone with mobility issues. Long grass at the entrance looked unkept.

Room was very clean.
Room was shabby with several things in disrepair. No comfortable place to sit.

Staff is fantastic, they are very welcoming and helpful. Everyone was so nice and really wanted to provide the best service.
The rooms, the corridors, the carpets, everything is worn down, not so clean, smelly.
3.5
Breakfast was good. Room was clean with a fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable.
I had requested an accommodated room as my Mother has a walker. Initially, we were given rooms on the lower floor but my Mother is unable to do stairs. Rooms were changed to the main level beside each other.
3.0
The beds were comfortable and the staff were helpful when dealing with unexpected issues. The breakfast included was provided by the restaurant next door and consequently one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had.
The building has NO ELEVATOR! In 2023, I don't know how a hotel can get away with no elevator for 2/3rds of their rooms, not only for people with mobility issues, but also just carrying all the luggage. This isn't a motel where you expect less, and we were simply shocked. Once we made it up all the stairs to our room we opened the door to find it hadn't been cleaned after the last occupants so they had to give us a different room (also on the top floor). Additionally, the facilities are very outdated for what we have come to expect for a Quality Inn. The hallways and stairwells are dingy and still smell of cigarettes from when smoking was still legal indoors (which clearly dates the last time any updates were made). There have been slight attempts to update the rooms, but the floors were shoddily installed (at least in our room). Finally, the hotel is very difficult to access as you can only enter the parking lot from one direction (opposite to downtown and the highway) and if you come from the other and turn down the sidestreet to try and access it there are actually signs forbidding turns into the parking lot. It's not impossible to enter, but it's incredibly inconvenient since one would have almost no reason to be approaching from the direction that is accessible. Overall, the experience was absolutely not worth what we paid for the room and was disappointing. We expect more from a Quality Inn.

The location was good for us, the breakfast, room was clean and the bed comfortable.
Hotel needs to be seriously updated in decor and furniture. Actually, it need’s to be totally stripped down and redone. The price is way too expensive for this type of hotel.

Breakfast was very good and staff friendly
The mattress was very worn out and uncomfortable. Our daughter was unable to sleep on the pullout couch. Slept on the couch but considered the floor. She stayed else where the 2nd night.

Overall, the staff were not helpful, the facilities were not worth the amount of money we paid. The TV worked terrible.

Breakfast was good. Beds, pillows and comforters were awesome! Quiet mini-fridge and climate control; I did not even need the earplugs, which I typically need in the hotels.
Location may not be perfect for the travellers with dogs, and that was the main reason I personally booked this hotel - pets are allowed there. Unfortunately, there are no place near the hotel, where you can take the dog out . At least I did not find one.

Great location and clean rooms.
The lobby had a weird smell to it. Not sure why.

The location was easy to find and the hotel was nice and quiet. It was great to have free parking on site. Our room was clean and comfortable, the tv had many English channels as well as French. We took advantage of the complimentary breakfast and were pleasantly surprised to have a full hot breakfast at the attached restaurant which was large, bright and had great service.
Our room and the hotel were fine for what we were looking for; a clean and friendly spot to spend one night.
