Clean and efficient check in and out. Spacious double room with generous use of facilities.

clean room, convenient location, food and restaurants nearby
4.0 / 5.0
The room, the cleanliness, the prompt and polite service, the location of the property.
The parking garage was EXTREMELY sketchy - the lights did not work, meaning we needed to exit with two young children in almost complete darkness. The exit was partially blocked by tall garbage bins with sharp corners, two cars occupied much of the space, so it was very difficult to park.

The location was excellent, the two room suite with balcony was perfect and the staff were very responsive.
I didn’t get to spend more time!

Feedback from the hotel was quick and satisfactory.
Staff at the hotel was always respectful and helpful
Moreover, the hotel was in amazing location that made me to get any place in downtown so easily.
Nothing mention for this.

A unique heritage building close to old Quebec, with shops and restaurants on the the street, and I love the surrounding vibe. The bed was so comfy and the room was clean. The breakfast across the street was good.
The room walls was thin, we can hear people noises from the inside of the hotel but not from the street below.

The location is great, just a few blocks outside the ramparts/gates to the Old City. As in any city, there is a bit of road noise during the day, but evenings and nights were quiet. Close to several casual, nice restaurants. New owners/managers had just taken over the day before we arrived. They were extremely gracious, and held to all the arrangements and promises of our reservation with previous managers. We did receive a 'welcome email' the day before arrival, explaining how to get into the building with a non-contact entry code. Appreciated and easy!
Shower was a good size, but needed a thorough scrubbing! Entire room was a bit dusty and needed a thorough wipe-down. Having met the new managers, I am hopeful there will be an improvement in how the rooms are maintained. Pre-packaged breakfast was delivered outside our door each morning, even though there is a very bright and pleasant breakfast room with coffee and tea service. I suggest putting breakfast items out buffet-style in the breakfast room, as there were items in our boxes we didn't need/want. General driving directions getting to the building would be appreciated. It's right at a spot where the street turns one-way and the house numbers are quite confusing...not unusual for the city, but a quick note as part of the 'welcome email' we received would have been appreciated.

Location is ok
It suprised me by its 3-star rating. It's just a B&B with all help-your-self. You woudn't even meet a working people there. The breakfast was terrible and I was wonder where did those appraise for breakfast come from. It didn't worth the price paid. And it ended me with Booking, 'cause I found I couldn't trust the reviews on Booking and the hotel rating on Booking too.

We stayed at the hotel 3 nights and after the first night something was wrong with the shower and we were moved to the best 2 bedrooms with a terasse overlooking Quebec. We didn’t expect this but it was a very nice surprise.
The location is great; 20 min walk to old city.
Breakfast was served at the door ( is included). We made a reservation for the car (no parking next to hotel) and we walked about 5 min to the parking garage.
The communication was great and Joe (the manager) did everything to accomodate us!
Great stay; we will definitely may come back!
