They stole from a Jasper evacuees. Need I say more. That money was given to help people out

Not much. As a Jasper evacuees, I expected better. The room I was given had damage to it. Upon telling front desk, they didn't even bother checking it out. Just said they knew about it. They never returned my $200 and basically stole from someone who just had their home and work burned down.

Cheap hotel, get what you pay for.

You get what you pay for. We stayed here because it was the only option left. For $90 a night we had a bed to sleep in.

Rooms need a deep clean, we had to purchase bedding at Walmart as the beds only had sheets on them. One bath towel in a room for 4 we ended up supplying our own. Elevator needs a wash, wipe with soap and water, rinse with a damp clean cloth and then shine with wiseman’s and a paper towel. It was nasty.

Worst stay of my life, ruined our vacation.

Breakfast was poor, no hot water, no drinking water.

This was the worst stay of my life. The staff (Manager - Mohammad and receptionist - Leah) were not professional at all. The headboard fell onto us while we were sleeping and staff offered no help and asked us to stay in the same room. Bed sheets were torn and had holes in them(I have pictures). The sheets, pillows and towels were dirty and stains. I would never stay a night ever again at this facility.

The bed sheets were dirty and so were the floors. We only had one towel and one face cloth and front desk was rude about giving us more. All we had in our room upon arrival was a bottle of conditioner and 2 bars of soap.

Hotel OK but overcharged.

Breakfast was OK. Cereal, toast, yogurt, muffins, coffee, orange juice was available.

Booked on Booking.com When I went to check in the reception told me they had sold out of rooms at that price and that I'd have to pay a higher rate. Although the difference was only a few dollars it felt like a bit of a scam to me. They should have honored the pre booked price regardless of room / rate availability.

Staff were friendly & welcoming! Bed was comfortable.

This hotel was very difficult to find at night. It was poorly lit & almost entirely obscured by the larger & brightly lit Days Inn directly across from the Super 8. The name of the hotel only appeared on the front & with no lights it could not be seen at 11:30 pm. Even after calling the hotel & receiving directions from the desk clerk it still took 3 trips around the area to determine where the hotel was located. Bed linens were torn & fraying. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom so water sprayed all over the floor. The hair dryer was torn off the wall & laying on the counter with large sharp screws protruding. The TV did not work at all. There was no ice available & no drinking glasses were found in the room. Breakfast was not worth the effort. Cold cereal or a muffin that was still frozen was served alongside warm yogurt. No seating was available.

We feel this was not a lucky stay regarding our room but we will give it another try next year.

Perfect location for the function we were attending near by…. Each contact with the Staff, was very pleasant. This was our second time staying with you because of the friendliness, value and location. We were very happy the first time, two years ago. Staff very friendly and trying to accommodate us.

First room we were given, had someone still occupying it (computer glitch) 2nd room we were given was damaged, apparently recently vacated by a problem customer. Broken secure lock, kicked in bathroom door, blood still on the wall in bathroom (all this discovered the next morning) Room Thermostat was not working, sadly no HEAT! Next morning changed rooms again to a room with heat but the carpet was not vacuumed, full of debris. Later that evening discovered that there was no TV remote, unable to turn on the TV. New remote given, still did not work the TV.

The were long dark hairs on my towel before I used it (I have short grey hair) and there was a wad of long dark hair on the bathroom floor. The room lighting was dim due to a burnt out light

DO BETTER MOTEL 6

Nothing, the staff discriminated us and were very rude and judgemental of us, we paid and followed all rules and they still didn't like us based on our looks/how we dressed. We were told we couldn't book another day as they were fully booked when they weren't and wouldn't let us book the last 3 times we tried. Horrible and unwelcoming they need to do better.

Disliked my whole stay. Breakfast was cheap and they weren't kind to us at all, they profiled us and discriminated us big time. So heads up to anyone who doesn't look rich, wealthy, or business like, they will judge you and won't allow you to book there again. There excuse was that we caused issues but no one NOT once talked to us, gave warnings, or complained. They just wanted a reason to not have us there anymore which is horrible seeing as I spent over a thousand on the days we spent there.
