Served it's purpose.

The rooms were bare, not even a photo or artwork. The city view is already horrible compared to the lake view, so at the very least some paintings could have been in the room rather than the bare walls. The room was dark and dreary. The breakfast wasn't good either. The boiled egg was cold, and there was nothing to eat it with like bread, crackers or bagels.

Hyggeligt sted at lave et ophold

Placering, udsig til havnen, swimmingpool, tæt på restauranter og barer. Ligger i en stille og hyggelig by med meget flinke mennesker.

Madrasserne var slidte, væggene er mege tynde så man nemt kan høre naboen. Morgenmads boxen er meget trist.

We would stay again because the location was very convenient and the staff were very nice to us

Great location with a fantastic view of the harbour. We could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go.

Bathroom could use upgrading. The table to get ready at was small. Not enough plugs for cell phone chargers near bed

Ein Glück wir hatten nur eine Nacht gebucht, aber nie wieder.

Die Lage ist gut.

Das Frühstück war extrem schlecht, haben wir von einem Hotel nicht erwartet. Jeder hat früh eine Pappbox mit einem kleinen Stück Käse, zwei hartgekochte Eier, einen Joghurt, eine kleine Butterration, einen Orangensaft im Tetrapack und ein Muffin bekommen. Auch Plastikbesteck lag bei. Einen Kaffe oder Tee hat man auch auf Zuteilung in einem Pappbecher bekommen. Man konnte sogar Milch und Zucker dazu wählen.Nach einem zweiten Kaffee habe ich nicht gefragt, weil er ohnehin nicht geschmeckt hat. Der Abfallberg war größer als die Portionen. Man sollte hier lieber das Frühstück nicht mit anbieten, da ganz in der Nähe überall Cafes mit Frühstücksangebot vorhanden waren.

The worst hotel we stayed during our two week Canada trip.

The location was great, just next to the pier where all the boat tours leave from and walking distance to many sights and the market in town. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The place is incredibly run down - strange musty smell at reception, dark and dated, lifts were shaky and noisy taking us up to our floor. The ice machine in the hall looked like it was from the 1970s and was very noisy. The rooms were a good size but had not been maintained for years by the looks of it, everything looked worn out and because of this slightly dirty. The bath drain was gross and the tub leaked into the hallway. Thin worn out towels. The breakfast box we received in the morning was a good thought, but poor execution with a selection of product that tasted awful. Terrible coffee. Would not recommend this hotel.

Average stay with pathetic breakfast that I will not like to have again.

My room was ready and staff at counter was expecting me at late hours as per my request

Breakfast was not up to standard. Boxes of breakfast provided will cold boiled eggs and contents of the breakfast box was not good

L’emplacement est très bien. La ville est Kingston est une belle petite ville. La vue sur le lac est belle. Les lits étaient confortables.

Le parking était payant. Il est situé sous l’hôtel, il est bas donc si vous avez une voiture haute (c’est impossible). Les oreillers étaient trop durs.

Confederation PLace offers great value. Location is top notch, staff were super friendly

Great location, near both Queen's University and RMC ( we were touring schools) Convenient room to have 3 beds in it. Breakfast was a boxed meal, but had a lot in it, and coffee and tea were hot and served with a smile. Location was also very central for eating out

Its a little bit dated, but I expected that for the great value. We parked across the road at the paid lot, which was more economical then the hotel lot

we were in 5th floor and could not connect to Wi-Fi breakfast is a joke, extremely limited. They provided in a box with assortment of eggs, yogurt , muffin and juice. There are no breads in it.

Location was good - handy to tourist spots. Room was ok. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Because the hotel entrance is being upgraded, entry was a bit confusing. Parking underneath was also confusing. Biggest issue was Booking.com advert said breakfast included - it wasn't!

The wifi was spotty at times but not in the room that much that I honestly needed it. But when I did log in, it took some time and got kicked off frequently.

A great hotel with friendly staff, comfortable beds and unbeatable location.

This hotel is near it all, and super comfortable and clean. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast "bento box" as well.

A bit on the pricey side, and it may be time to reintroduce fresh made-to-order breakfasts if resources allow.
