Very clean, great location, perfect view. Breakfast was nice, lots of variety.
It’s a bit on the pricier side.

As always, I feel safe and in the most comfortable of environment. I always stay hear for medical trips to Nanaimo.
I would be hard pressed to find anything I would need more than what is offered here.

Breakfast was made for fat people
Lack of Modernized anything. Bad breakfast , Bacteria ridden Sauna.
The fella that handed me my key was as rude as a person gets .

The view, the swimming, the beds..and I can’t say enough about Lenny..He was so helpful, kind, fun and informative ..would love to have him on my staff.. and the cute little day time kid was an absolute dream. Only complaint is the hot tub is only open from 12pm to 8pm..come on..:)) Will definitely recommend and be back:)

Breakfast was excellent but some heating equipment didn’t work. The view was awesome. Front desk staff were helpful.
Garbage piled at the front entrance, slippery shower with no pressure, halls dirty. Kids screaming and playing in the hallways. Elevator not working, wifi not connecting and needing re-connection.

had to pay for parking, which wasn’t clear when I made my booking. continental breakfast hours were not what was advertised at booking.

Clean, nice view, quiet room
Would have given a much higher rating but there was no hot water in the morning and the staff appeared to be somewhat indifferent when I brought it to her attention. She indicated she would look into it but we didn't receive any sort of apology. There were renovations taking place near our room and likely was the cause so perhaps a "one off" but it did mean our stay wasn't as comfortable as expected.

The best part was the comfortable beds and the view. I also loved seeing the happy pets and will definitely come back with mine one day. I also LOVED that you had real mugs and glasses. So many hotels now have disposable ones which I hate.
We mentioned that the water in the shower did not get hot to 3 different employees and they acted like they didn’t believe us. We could not get a hot shower (room 204)

The veiw ...
thats about it. We have stayed at many places in Nanaimo and comfort of the beds are a must! The beds were droopy and i woke up so sore because they were aweful beds and pillows. Wont stay here again
Un comfortable beds and pillows. The beds were so bad ..there was dips in them. Very uncomfortable I won't be going back
There was this annoying noise coming through ceiling in rooms 110 and 111 ...very unhappy would love it if we got partial refund for the 2 rooms we had booked for 2 days ..but that wont happen!
