Room layout was great! Pool and hot tub enjoyable. Beautiful location. Stunning view. Quiet. Comfort bed.
The deck needed a sweep and the room had an odour when we arrived. After airing it out, I did not notice it again.

Beautiful view! Great location!
Very comfy and clean.

great location
lack of towels, no hand towels or face clothes.

the check out time and our bathroom had duct tape holding the counter in

Awesome location with mountain and golf course views. The one bedroom suite was huge and had everything you need for a short or long term stay. Restaurant at the golf course is good if you want something close to you eat. Larger hot tub which was nice. Check in was simple.
Pull out sofa bed was really not good at all. Super old and uncomfortable should be replaced or at the bare minimum provide a mattress topper. Pool was closed.

very clean and well decorated

The hotel area, the nature, scenery and parking spots
No guidances, we got there and got a keycard, no one showed us where our room is. All we were told was “it is at the back of admin’s building”
A random guest showed us where to go

Patio door lock not working

Honestly can't think of anything

Amazing quite location. The unit was very nice, the kitchen equipped with the basic small appliances, nice large bathroom, extremely comfortable bed and bed sheets. All in all, such a lovely place with breathtaking view at the mountains. The wild life is unique.
I wish the price is more affordable so I can go there more often

Amazing
We stayed in the townhouse
It was super clean and modern.
We will definitely come back to radium just to stay here...there are so many places to visit because you are smack in the middle of everything...you could easily stay a week to explore everything...
We definitely enjoyed cooking dinner in the modern fully equipped kitchen, it had everything we needed to prepare wonderful dinners including a new BBQ which we used every night..FYI go to invemere(13 minute drive)to buy your groceries.
Although there is a general/grocery store walking distance and is very convenient, it is pricey and won't have everything you need, but it is great to have it close for last minute stuff if you are not cooking regularly.
The beds are so comfortable just like the whole town house..what a gem
Heads up, they have a strict no smoking policy and enforce it....which is good if you don't smoke....
If you do smoke ask for a location that is close to a designated smoking area
Although the air conditioner on the main level was amazing, the 2 rooms upstairs were warm, but to be fair, there was a 30 degree average heat wave the whole visit.
I called the front desk to request a fan because the rooms were warm...maintenance brought us a small fan and offered to look at the air-conditioner( I dont believie they could have done anything because of the heat wave)we had people napping at the time up stairs so I declined them coming up to disturb them, and we only had 1 more night to stay so i said the fan would be sufficient.
My only complaint is to have a fan stored in the unit for the bedrooms...so many people like to sleep with a fan no matter what the weather.
Im feeling petty for saying this because the stay was so great and we will be back ....but I'd love to return and see an available fan...lol
Thankyou bighorn meadows for the wonderful stay.

Pool wasn't working

My suite next to the golf course, there were always big horn sheeps on the field at dusk. And the resort is on the edge of the valley, you know the view~~

Everything was fine. The staff was pleasant and the hot tubs were functioning.
It was a little smaller and more crowded feeling than I expected based on the website. We had to park and walk quite a distance to our room, and there were no luggage carts available. The grill was very substandard and barely heated to 200F after an hour. The fitness room was not great. For the price, I'd want a little more service and amenities but overall it was nice and we'd probably come back.

Fluffy good towels, quiet, clean, good mattress and bedding. Parking close by unit.
Smelled a stale smell but we slept with window open. TV did not work- just snow. 4 remotes but no instructions, no one answered phone. No office, never saw 1 employee.

We stayed at a top floor suite with super high ceiling with views of the river and mountains. Best of all, the bighorn sheep came grazing right in front of our balcony throughout our stay.
We also had an outdoor barbecue supper at our balcony. It was incredible.
Nothing
