Disappointing

The fridge in the first room didn't work and the room they moved us to the fridge was frozen inside and the toilet was loose. Bed was horrible

It was decent and the kids had fun in the pool!

Great staff and easy to check in and out.

The tv remote didn’t work. The clocks were an hour behind in the room and corners in the bathroom were not clean.

Booking.com sucks! It was unfortunate I could not apply for my CAA discount upon arrival. I booked on the Clarion website, but was somehow blind sided into booking.com. Next time I will call direct.

the pool no and location

we had to wait 2 hours after check in to get a room. the staff was not apologetic or reasonable about this. they offered a $15 discount. there was no towels in the pool area, no chairs to sit on and it was over crowded. I will not stay again.

Kids teenagers roaming the halls past 11:00

Heated bathroom floors.

Noisey neighborhoods, kids allowed to roam the halls and run past rooms, security even just walked by them being obnoxious. Large groups of teenagers talking loudly in the halls right out side our door.

Everything comfortable and clean. The only thing that lacked was the restaurant service my son and I stood at the front of restaurant to be seated and were never approached so we left. The sign read restaurant opened 7am to 9pm. Other than that this hotel has got to be the best one I've ever stayed at. Everything about this hotel was so good. Except for restaurant service. It is what it is.🤷🏾‍♀️

The restaurant food was average. Our check in was handle poorly. The front desk staff took over 20 mins to activate our room key once we had completed the check in.

Good

This hotel has seen better days, and has been treated roughly by many evacuees over the years. Some of the room furniture was in bad shape. The pool area is uncontrolled, and frequently too loud with unsupervised kids. The hot tub water was unsanitary, with skin and hair clearly visible on the surface of the water. The staff seemed unable to make any decisions without higher permission from management.
