Staff was very accommodating
Thought the balcony would be outside, not overlooking the pool area. Beds were too soft for my preference. Room had a very weird smell.

Breakfast was ok, but had to keep asking for items that we had already ordered.
Pillows were awful

Everything was great. They were great with our dog and room was spacious and very comfortable. Dinner from the restaurant was absolutely delicious.
I would have liked to have gone for a swim but pool was full of little kids having fun til very late.

nice to have restaurant in building . was clean. very friendly staff at every encounter
Maps takes you around to the back of the building by the liquor store. perhaps a sign that the Inn entrance is on the other side of the building . Shower was terrible, confusing to use, and could get no water pressure

It was very nice and quiet. We enjoyed our stay!!
The floors by pool were very slippery to walk on. I almost slipped couple times, but it was ok!! The hot tub could of been hotter!!!

Nice rooms. Pleasant and helpful staff. All in all a great facility.
Not relaited to the hotel, but google maps/drive took me through a bizzare path - indirectly through a residential area, through a school zone only to double back to get to your actual location.
On departure, I found a much, much more direct path out of town and to home. But even then, google drive insisted on directing to a really bizzare circuitous route.
You....may want to check on that.

We really enjoy the pool area and the restaurant and very importantly the fact the hotel allows dogs to stay with us.
We have been staying at the Victoria Inn in Brandon for more than 20 years and while we have loved our stays the hotel is starting to look a bit rundown. I’m not sure if the pillows have been changed in years, they are not dirty but they are not terribly comfortable. The heating system during the winter months is challenging, it is either too hot or too cold. we continue to return because it is tradition in our family and we love the pool area, a nice respite from the winter months

Was quite good. Just had a small breakfast but very tasty
I have no complaints about our stay. Perhaps one more comfy chair on the balcony.luggage rack. Perhaps pens and paper in room

We liked the shower with the control bar. Thank you for accommodating us when we said we would like a room in a quiet area. The food in the restaurant was excellent! Hats off to your chef. Loved the pickerel. Excellent idea of texting if we did need help. I asked about where to get milk for my morning tea and the staff was so helpful.
The glass back door was broken while we were there and that felt scary. But the security people were on it and made us feel more comfortable. The pool was so busy with children that I didn’t get to swim laps.

Nice and clean. Great staff. Good food. Good location.
It was pricey. But that was based on the booking company I used. Staff accommodated us for it though and that was an excellent touch and much appreciated.
Tv options were not good. But more reason to get out and explore. Great suggestions from staff.
