The bed was comfortable
The entire hotel was under construction; protected paper on the floors; wet paint in the hallways; marks in the room; electric motor running outside my sliding door at 8 a.m.

the location
room was gross, hair on sheets and wrinkled pulled back the sheets and there were little black specs of something… took all bedding off huge stain on mattress cover. I ended up asking for fresh sheets made the bed myself and used my blanket from my car. hair all over the bathroom, blood on sheets, carpet was disgusting needs a good cleaning, toilet was scratched and old same with the tub. base boards were filthy. when I checked in the older lady at the front desk was not friendly didn’t even make eye contact. didn’t tell me about any of the offerings at there hotel. she didn’t even crack a smile. I didn’t take my shoes off in the room the whole time except when I went to sleep.
only good thing about the hotel was it was quiet and the access to the patio door was great for unloading and loading my vehicle.
not a very personable check out. They just slip a receipt under your door. The continental breakfast was not great. I wouldn’t stay again unless it was a emergency.

Comfortable beds! Spacious
- used towel hanging up behind bathroom door *an easy miss with door open the room looks perfect and clean otherwise.
- I went for breakfast at 10 to 9. And the breakfast lady took was miserable, I was going to take to go, but stayed a min. But was quick
She didn't let me make a Waffle, as I asked, she said it's done but had just swiped the Utensil from it. I couldn't use full Toaster as she was making herself toast.
I said hi and tried to make small talk, she was just miserable. Obviously angry I came at 10 to 9am so only had 10 minutes. But she didn't wait until 9am to clear food and utensils. I thought Breakfast is until 9am. Which usually means you take away food at 9am.

It was right on the highway.
We called the hotel directly and the lady at the desk said they had no rooms left that night. We went online and booked (5 rooms available) in 2 minutes. We arrived at the hotel 10 minutes later, 2 people ahead of us got rooms without reservations. The desk clerk was frazzled thd whole time, do obviously she told us no rooms so she could have one less person to deal with. She also answered the phone while we waited and asked that person what type of room they wanted and yes she had that available. We let that go, as it would do nothing to complain.
At 12:51am we were woken up by a small child running around outside our door. Then 2 men arguing with we assumed a staff member, about the running, screaming child. They thought kids should be kids and the staff member asked them to take the child to their room for the night. This went on until after 1am.
In the morning, no one was willing to address the disturbance.
We understand we chose a budget hotel, but that was just ridiculous.

The room seemed to be renovated/updated however the room cleanliness of the room was terrible (used towels in the bathroom, bloody band aids on the floor, the room smelled of urine, previous guests items/beer cans found under the bed)
There were disruptions nearly hourly during our 10 hour stay. We just needed a place to rest & sleep after driving 16+ hours. Someone called the phone in our room every 30 minutes, we called front desk to request the phone be put in DND and the calls kept coming in (hang ups) There was constant loud noises coming from the hallway & we were disturbed to the point of having to leave the room to talk to the front desk after 40 minutes of a child screaming and banging on doors in the hallway at 12:40am. This child was accompanied by a very aggressive, incoherent & inebriated adult. Hotel staff were required to intervene. The sudden jarring noises, yelling etc continued until we departed at 5am. Contemplated the included breakfast until we saw the food staff coughing and sputtering into their hands while handling food.

The staff were so unfriendly and we had to cancel rooms and I still got charged one night for a room which I didn’t stay. Our group had to leave because they were so unprofessional. Her customer service was so poor. I would not recommend my friends and family to stay
