The staff was nice and helpful. There should be a better breakfast.
The towels were rough, the matress wasn't very good, the sink tap was broken, there was no breakfast, and the coffees were not good.

The basement units are terrible! No AC, no screen on the window, garbage by the window. No doors in the shower.

We liked the amazing view of the lake. The linens were clean.
There was enough towels for two people but there were three of us staying in the room.
We were warned about the train passing in the night still, It felt so close!

Rooms are well furnished and clean. Close to the park so you can go for a walk to the bridge.
Close to the train passage. But even though it didn't bother me too much. If you know ahead and count this into price, that train is really not so bad.
