Great spot, would definitely stay again!

It was beautiful and extremely comfortable! Big rooms!

The location was nice as far as being close to things, but didn’t love the crowd of people that seemed to always be right down the road outside. Made it feel uneasy walking at night.

Pleasant stay in a busy area, but need improvements.

The bath was excellent but tap need to change for room 426 and the wall paper is due for update. The room is well appointed, but was surprise with the microwave in the room! 😀

In room wifi, was non existence, in this age and time, which was a real disappointment and NEED improvement, even after informing the front desk! 🤔 Noise of people and car horns going off middle of the night was annoying!

i should have contacted the connecting YMCA directly for info about their facilities and how/when the hotel guests can use them instead of just checking with the hotel...information was different.

The musician in the foyer was great. Staff were polite, and pilots were comfortable

Nice hotel but very noisy outside overnight

Facility was very clean, valet parking was prompt and courteous

No clue why but there was a ton of noise from outside overnight, until 3am there was loud music from street level, car alarms, and police sirens. it's amazing my son slept through all that but I couldn't...

I’m sure my stay would have been perfect if we just were provided the room types we requested.

Location was great, room was clean, room service was good. Lobby was welcoming and helpful, valet was worry free

I wanted two rooms side by side. We ended up with 2 accessible rooms on the same floor. We didn’t need the accessible rooms or asked for them. I asked if the rooms were close and I was told the same floor but were on different wings. The room with 2 beds had a roll in shower with a bench which is terrible when you have a 2 children. You knew the ages of the kids. Not sure why this room was booked for a family of 4. The second room for my mother had the bathtub… Also the coffee lids didn’t fit the cups which was annoying.

Relaxing.

Check in was nice I got a warm chocolate chip cookie and was explained the details. The bar and restaurant were nice. I loved the live singer in the lobby the energy was great. I felt really safe with everything being key access. I appreciated the 12:00 check out time ! Definitely will stay here again

Excellent customer service! Free cookie when you check in :) Spacious, comfortable room. Convenient location.

Nice room except I wish We could have turned off the lighted picture. It was nice , but would like darkness to sleep . We didn’t see anywhere to turn it off . Otherwise the room was nice and comfortable .

Excellent location, quiet hotel with excellent front office staff.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Treadmills in the gym were not working for my entire stay. Had to use YMCA gym next door. Not very convenient as YMCA was busy. Not sure why the 2 Treadmills were not being fixed. Barman was not very friendly. Appeared to be overwhelmed with work. But still that should not make him to be unfriendly.

The location was great. Staff were helpful and rooms were clean.

Parking was expensive. We arrived early and our room was ready they still charged us the extra $25 fee. Not a huge deal but a little annoying.

We only stayed the one night but it was quiet and we would stay again when we return to Boston.

The check-in and check out was very easy. The staff were very pleasant. The room was clean.

I found the pillows to be hard since I prefer a soft pillow.
