The seaport location and the facilities were great
The rooms are a little small and not enough room to put our stuff out of the way. The price per night was a little much but I guess that is Boston.

I didnt realize there was a place for breakfast. No info about this at check in or in the room...
The parking was very expensive especially if you had to leave during the day and then return and park again . Also a long dark walk in the flow of cars up very narrow side strip to exit parking.

Très bien situé, environnement branché et restaurants bars, très comfortable, parking juste en face.
Un peu bruyant

Hotel was beautiful. Very modern design, very welcoming, convenient parking across the street and beautiful views!
In order to get to parking garage we had to walk around the building with our suitcases.

This hotel is in an incredible location and has a very nice upscale feeling. Installations are modern, staff seems pretty nice, and likely the terrase is the best in Boston. Room was pretty big and well-equipped.
As pointed out by other reviewers, despite their best effort, the layout of the room is quite strange and even dangerous at some point, as the bed is too close to the TV stand. Some other reviewers pointed out the danger with the TV stand, but in my case, I had an accident due to the way the bed furniture is located and I fell pretty hard, badly hurting my knee.
Fortunately other than the bad bruise there were no permanent injury to regret. Also the choice of seating and TV location is very strange; so overall a nice hotel, in an incredible location but the design flaws in my room are too serious as not to downgrade the rating.

Great location, friendly staff. Safe.
Women’s World Cup - England in the semi finals. Tuned in to watch, only to find the TV app, Fox, not working as hotel renegotiating rates. No other channels showing. In the 21st century most hotels understand they have a global residency - this was very poor.

We booked a room with city view but what we got was a room where we looked at a gym acres the street. When we mentioned this they said the mistake was with booking.com.
The hotelbar was very crowded and we were not allowed to stay in the reserved area although everything was empty.

The music from the rooftop bar was too loud, the lines to the elevator bc outside patrons would come to the hotel for the rooftop was ridiculous.

The hotel and the art all throughout was beautiful. The staff was extremely accommodating, kind and courteous. The room was modern, contemporary and the view was exquisite. The restaurant, the food, chef Tatiana, the staff, the service were all impeccable. The rooftop and the lit up igloos were fun. It was a magical weekend getaway for us. Looking forward to retuning to Boston and to the Envoy.

A great new, contemporary hotel for walking around the seaport district and downtown & Boston harbor. There are many excellent restaurants are within walking distance. I had a nice-sized king-corner room with a lot of glass. While there was not a lot to see out the windows...the room was large, quiet, comfortable, and bright with floor-to-ceiling glass. While I did not make it up to the rooftop bar...it did draw a crowd on the weekend and looked to be interesting. If you would like a new contemporary hotel ... this would be a good choice.

Location was great; that's about it! Oh and the staff in the restaurant were lovely. Food was okay but waitress and chef were super nice and welcoming.
Rooms weren't properly cleaned; room design / setup was bizarre (no closet even!); bathroom felt like a locker room; rooftop bar both nights we went up was a mess, dirty, everyone very drunk, most of it closed off for work parties; staff was very slow and lines to check in were long. Honestly very much over priced. Won't stay again and won't recommend.

The location was good for what we had planed. The Seaport area is amazing and the Hotel was within walking distance to almost everything we did.
I was disappointed with the room. I had paid for a partial water view and the room we got was facing Seaport Blvd, no water at all. Seaport Blvd, was a race track during our stay. The noise was definitely an issue late into the night.

it was near the airport.
it was extremely noisy, hard to get into the elevator because of the queue to the rooftop.
