AS EXPECTED EXCEPT FOR THE HOT WATER ISSUE

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD; POOL WAS EXCELLENT

HOTEL HAD NO HOT WATER FOR DAY 2 OF OUR STAY AS BOILER WAS BSDING REPLACED. WE FOUND THAT OUT ON ARRIVAL, TOO LATE TO CANCEL AND SEEK ELSEWHERE. WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT A TEXT WARNING US.

Disappointed and to be honest we couldn't wait to leave. One night was enough.

Nothing

The room was small, very dated and we did not feel the cleaning was up to the standard expected. We stayed on level 2 and the corridor absolutely stank of cannabis, despite the floors saying no smoking. Despite there being housekeeping staff on the floor, no hotel management did anything about it as the smell was there when we arrived and left.

This property does not live up to the Hampton/Hilton standards we have enjoyed previously.

It was quiet. The staff was very friendly, though the front desk grumbled a lot about the failure of the computer and credit card machine to operate properly. In fact, the credit card reader did not work.

The hallways had a very strong, unpleasant odor to them. Fortunately, the room did not, or we would have left the property. The shared parking area/access point makes it difficult to navigate at night without clearly marked entry points. The breakfast area was too small for all of the people who were trying to eat.

Not booking here again

Prepaid hotel room was still charged full amount, room had 2 doors 1 locked and the outside one did not we brought it up to the receptionist as we were told to just put a chair underneath the door nob because the maintenance guy had just left and were told they were completely sold out of rooms that we weren’t unable to change rooms 10 minutes later apparently there was apparently a cancellation so we got moved rooms which the ac did not work well. Very bad experience

Breakfast was great with good food selections. 24hr coffee and water service at the lobby was good as well.

Toilet paper quality can be better. Toiletries too small in size.

Will stay there again.

The property was a convenient stop on our trip. Very clean, the little additions of food were perfect.

Only issue was people coming in late at night above us…very noisy!

I have stayed here a few times and have been happy, however this time a lot went wrong.

I was told for three days that the manager would contact me to resolve a problem. She never did, and I'm still waiting for someone from this hotel to contact me. The ice machine was not working. I was charged for a night that I did not stay and have not been credited back for it. Also the pool and hot tub were closed for repair.

Not great enough for the price.

Absolutely ridiculous noise from the floor above us I told the front desk and nothing was done. It was scaring our dog, who would then bark.

Nice hotel, but loud guests made it very uncomfortable.

Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly.

There were some very loud guest with lots of kids. I was woken up several times from the noise. I think it was a team of some sort, but the kids were out of control and the noise was very noticeable which made my stay less comfortable for the price I paid.

being kicked out of our room because we had a three year old making kid normal noises at 2:30-3:00 pm and the room on the lower floor had a problem with it. just felt a little like we were treated wrong. probably choose another place to stay next time.

Great stay

The entire facility was pretty good. The breakfast was awesome and the staff working the kitchen were the most helpful and sweetest. The breakfast offered a great variety for different dietary needs. So that was nice. Had fresh fruit, oatmeal, toast, muffins, begals, turkey sausage (huge plus we don't eat pork) omelets, hard boiled eggs, pancakes and a waffle maker with tons of options to make the waffles yummy. And a few different juice options. The room was clean and the stay was great.

The bathroom vents were dirty and the elevator was a little scary its just slow and loud. Could probably use a servicing. But that's not worth a bad review. We definitely would stay again.
