How well stocked the suites were with supplies in the kitchen. The size of the pool and availability of chairs and shade plus the lazy man river. The shuttle service to both the grocery store and the frequency to and from the strip. The ability to buy pizza and take up to your room or have a nice meal in the restaurant. Loved being able to have morning coffee on the deck. Access to a barbecue if you wanted.
The size of the group throwing balls in the pool over a fairly large area.

the lazy river pool was fun for the kids and adults, pool was nice and clean
Customer service from John (shift manager) was above anyone else, very polite and easy to communicate, (extra 2 points from Good to superb just because of John's service)
Free shuttle bus service provided by the hotel to main strip was great
the towels are tired and overdue to replace,
room was not ready at check-in time
guest leaving towels holding poolside chairs for hours when they are not there

None of it to be honest
The whole place was a dump needs to upgrade everything it felt like I was staying at a budget suites. The room smelt all musty like soemhting was leaking and the carpet seems like it’s original. Would not stay here again if you’re looking for a vacation feel

The pools were nice.
Rooms were dirty... moths kept flying in even though all doors were shut. Bathroom has green gunk on bath tub. Mattresses were old and lopsided.

Get home and have a $200 charge out of my bank acct that was not disclosed to me at checking. Called and told it was a deposit and I would get back in 5-7 working days, nice of them to work on my money. Very upset about this especially not being told about this. Will never stay here again.

nice to have restaurant options on the property. also good location.
the room was not very clean. there was food under the cabinet ledge with stains on the pull out couch mattress.

Room, nearby dining options, and location. I liked that it was not directly on The Strip as it was very quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the private balcony at night.
The dryer in the room was broke so our laundry did not get done as we hoped. This was the only complaint about the room itself. The staff was okay, but a little rude.

It was a bit pricey

We walked through the pool area and it looked amazing. Room was large, parking was convenient
It was dirty. We were here in Nov. so hoping it was just off season. Room was gross not cleaned well. Toothpaste splatter on the mirror, hair in the shower, and pee drops on the floor and toilet from the people in the room before us. The hallways were dirty.

Proximity to car rental return and airport. Warm welcome. The grounds were cleaner in the morning.
Grounds were dirty when we arrived, and most of the pool facilities were closed during our stay - the pool and river were why we chose this hotel. Both problems are likely a result of a widespread staffing/lifeguard issue.

grounds were beautiful. the gym, the air hockey, room size I appreciated being able to check in when I arrived instead of making us wait till 4
I went to the pizza place with my room key only because we were planning to go to the lazy river so I didn’t take anything else. they said they need my iD to charge to the room. I went upstairs to get it, I come down, sorry our system is down I can’t. (I suggest next time you write the info down and take orders) I went to the room again and tried to call the restaurant next to the pizza, no answer. I was going to try to order and pick it up..went to the pool.no towels, hour later, no towels went to the sand bar and asked if they had food. they said no , no one brought them any today. 3-4 sections of the pool closed. 3rd time sent my daughter to go get pizza with cash.
finally got to the lazy river and they said they were closing at 5. we got a whole 10 minutes.
dirty used spoon in the drawer and the drawer was full of crumbs. photo included

I like the tropical feel of the Hotel. My kids really enjoyed the pool.
our room had some inappropriate stickers around the light switch’s throughout the room. housekeeping could of done a better job of cleaning them off. The sliding door handle was broken. The hotel ran out of towels fast. I had to fry myself with two hand towels that was inconvenient.

Of the pool and the lazy river

Very uncomfortable. They didn’t have enough supplies.
Asked for a blanket and pillow for the couch bed and was told they were out. The elevators were

I did not like the pool hours.
I did not like when i had an issue about something missing from my room, the manager did not call me or did anyone in reception show concern.👎although they say no pets.. I found cat hair when i was ironing .. had to give my daughter benadryl because shes kept sneezing
