Jamais déçus, nous reviendrons

Nous avons aimé le petit déjeuner copieux, le shuttle, le cocktail offert, la piscine, la gentillesse du personnel et la propreté de l'hôtel

Will reconsider staying at Embassy Suites LAX North

The suite and atrium amenities were nice

Our kids swam in the pool and became sick. WAAAAAYYY TOOO MUCH CHLORINE. The pool needed to be serviced badly, one of my kids came out and had a ball of hair attached to them - YUCK!

A ce niveau de prix, c'est innaceptable de ne pas avoir d'eau chaude ni de chauffage

L'emplacement et la superficie de l'appartement

Problème de température dans l'appartement et douche froide pendant tout le séjour. Dur quand on arrive de 6 heures de routes et qu'on repart pour 8heures d'avion. CEpendant, un discount nous a été accordé compte tenu des problèmes rencontrés.

ウェルカムドリンク、朝食もアメリカのホテルにしては、内容は良かったので、総じて心地よかったですね。

このホテルは、ノースとサウスの2箇所があり、私達はノースに宿泊でしたが、空港からのシャトルバスを間違えてサウス行きのシャトルバスに乗ってしまいました。サウスに着いてから、運転手さんからは、空港行きのバスに乗り、再度空港からノース行きのバスに乗るように指示されましたが、そのサウスから空港へ行くバスの別の運転手さんが、空港に行く途中にありがたい事にサウスからノースへ送ってくれました。たまにある事なので気にしなくて良いと言われてましたが、感謝です！

湯沸しポットがあれば良かったかな。

Absolutely loved our stay! Felt welcomed and everyone was friendly. Definitely recommend.

Everything was great! Staff was friendly and breakfast omelets were made upon request. Great food options! The oatmeal and potatoes were delicious!

A huge hassle. This place should be condemned.

24/7 airport shuttle that drives around every 20mins. The mangers receptions which came with complimentary snacks like chips and salsa and an adult beverage for each adult each night of your stay. The complimentary breakfast with a made to order omelet bar.

Advertised that it has free 24/7 airport shuttle however at night they do not come unless called and the front desk would not answer, another hotels shuttle driver came around for the 3rd time felt bad and dropped us at our hotel. The shower and bathtub ran water full speed at the time making the tub fill with water while showering. we returned 1 day and it was literal dog poop all over the lobby the staff refused to clean it so it sat there for at least 3-4 hours. We were constantly locked out of our room due to issues with the door mechanism. The pool area had rusty screws around it and the pool had so much chlorine in it that it burned your eyes just walking in to door.

The facility was great in all ways and the location was great.

Nunca hicieron servicio a la habitación: no cambiaban toallas; no sacaron la basura; no pusieron papel para el baño. Tuvimos que pedir cosa por cosa. Un hermoso robot nos las llevaba

Enjoyed the location, room,happy hour drinks . A restaurant on site would be good. We went to the Marriott to eat dinner

Loved the room. Bed was comfortable. Darren at reception was extremely helpful. Close to rental cars

Breakfast was okay but needed stocking more frequently. Had to ask for things( yogurt, muffins, bananas etc)

love the spacious rooms. breakfast was pretty good and it was an excellent location.

hot tub was not very clean and the shower to rinse before swimming was not working at the time. our balcony sliding door was very difficult to open/close. also had a clogged drain in the bathtub which was extremely gross standing In nasty water while trying to clean your body.

For the price I payed for a night you guys can do better.

Breakfast was good

There were no towels by the pool area and the pool area was dirty . Also there was hair in my bathroom shower and the water barely get out of the shower the pressure was very low . Breakfast was good.

Nice size room but unusable pool and parking iissues.

The pool was dirty. There were teens being very aggressive splashing around. We could not use the pool. The key worked for parking the 1st day but the 2nd it was deactivated so we were stuck outside blocking the entrance. Had to go inside and they said sorry the key wasn't done right. I texted the hotel if we can get a credit at least for the parking and they said no. Thanks

Beautiful lobby and spacious rooms.

The hotel overall was very nice. We Arrived early and the staff was very friendly and accommodating with storing our bags so we could go out and enjoy the day until our rooms were ready. The rooms were clean and super spacious comfy bed and I love that there were 2 tvs.

The pool was dirty (super gross green) so my children did not get to enjoy it and that was one reason i chose this particular hotel because if the indoor pool. There was a balcony but the view was crappy. Check in was at 4pm and check out at 11 you would think it would be at 12 considering check in was so late. Also the shuttles aren’t frequent enough waited about 30 minutes for the shuttle luckily I had more then enough time before my flight departed because there was also traffic on the way to the airport.

Embassy Suites is the Best!!

Shay was an awesome person, she was so friendly and was super helpful.

I love everything except I don't eat pork so you guys should have alternative options for your hit breakfast.

Great for family stay 2 minutes from airport

Check in and parking were great. Any time I needed anything it was brought to my room within 15 minutes. Continental breakfast was better than a lot of other hotels I stayed at. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect being so close to the airport. Definitely would stay here again!

The pool was a little cold to enjoy.

Sufficient for a short stay coming in to LA from a flight or a night before departing.

Conveniently located near the airport and easy to access with their shuttle busses. Check in staff were friendly.

Rooms were clean, though a little old. Bar was average, with few drink selections and food had to be ordered off a QR code and came from off site I think. Quality was terrible. Dissappointed, as I've stayed at plenty of Embassy Suites and they're usually very good.

Pleasant

Very nice hotel. Parking is very convenient and accessible. Went on a 2 day vacation with my baby girl. Everyone was so pleasant to us. Wish we could have stayed longer! Best hotel I've had. Never stay over night in LA but when I do I will definitely be going here again.

If i do have a complaint i would suggest getting a security guard. I parked in the visitor parking on the side. It was very dark and i had my little one. Other than that it was great.

They extended our checkout since we came in at 2:30. Staff very helpful

The bed in 2022 needs a new mattress. I put an extra blanket on it so I would not feel sharp stuff in mattress.
