Overall great stay for a solo traveler

The location is perfect . Can walk to most touristy places - navy pier , Chicago 360 , riverwalk The suites were nice too with a view of Lake Michigan

Pricey stay with great views of the lake

We stayed in a suite facing the lake. The view was great, but the window was not that clean. The room itself was OK, but the sofa bed was not very comfortable.

The fact that they accidentally overcharged me. Fortunately, I realized there was a mistake in the billing and they solved the problem and told me the misunderstanding was a result of my booking the room through booking.com. I was surprised to have this happen for the first time in years booking hotels through booking.com.

Great location with a comfortable stay.

I liked the friendly valet service. I like that your location is not on a super busy road so there is room to maneuver your vehicle when arriving. Check in was easy but not memorable. Follow up by text was great! Elevators were all working. Rooms were clean and large. Beds were comfy. Lighting was good. Bathroom water temp was awesome. Close to shopping and restaurants. I would stay again.

O hotel é maravilhoso. Muito bem localizado, bem perto da Starbucks Reserve que fica na principal avenida. As camas sao muitissimo confortaveis, chuveiro excelente e o quarto estava sempre bem limpo. Vale muito a pena.

Ponto negativo, café da manhã fraco. Vale mais a pena sair e tomar café em um coffee shop que pagar o preço do hotel.

Wouldn’t do it again.

The facilities were all open and clean.

The stay was an absolutely HORRIBLE value. In addition to the room rate, you have to pay $80 per night to valet, breakfast IN THE HOTEL cost my family $120 for one meal. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, costs extra at this hotel. Better to go somewhere all inclusive. Also, we showed up and our room was 95 DEGREES and even after they “fixed” it, the thermostat and AC wasn’t working properly and my room was Hot for the majority of the night. They didn’t offer to move us rooms or give any kind of discount or make amends for this and that was the most upsetting part about it.

Not the expected Hilton experience at all.

Location and Room size. It had separate sleeping and sitting areas. It was supposed to be an upgraded lakeview room. Good resturants at walking distance.

The room was very minimally appointed. The usb sockets were not working on either bedside and phones had to be charged in only a single working socket. One could see the lake only if one stood at the window. the furniture is placed in such a way that one can only see building sitting on them. No kettle in the hotel. The printer at the reception was not working either. Even on a light weekday, late checkout was charged by the hour.

Nice place, staff not so good.

Room was well appointed, had a nice view of the lake.

Upon checking in, we were asked to pay almost double what we had been told multiple times and over multiple types of communication to pay. We were told that nothing could be done until the manager came in the morning. I spent over an hour talking to Hilton customer service and Booking.com customer service as it did not sit right with me that we were to be charged almost double the rate for the room without any notification before coming to the hotel. The person at the front desk even said there was a note saying we had been contacted despite not having received an email or phone call or voicemail about the price change. Despite having emails and messages stating the price, nothing could be done until the following morning. The next morning we arrived at the front desk a half hour after we were told the manager would be in. We were told she was running late. About 15 minutes she comes out to speak with us, handing us a piece of paper with the change in charges for our room, to the price we had been told it would be. She blamed the issue on it being a 3rd party booking and that Booking.com should have told us about the price change and/or she wasn't sure why it wasn't communicated to her staff. She feigned that she was new to the property and would be reviewing processes to ensure things of this nature didn't happen again. I asked what could be done for us as this incident ruined our stay. She said nothing could be done except to apologize. I don't normally look for free things or discounts but the lack of empathy or willingness to show contrition in this situation was astounding.

The size of the room was good.. We needed a sleeper sofa and this room had one.

The room is dated. The HVAC was loud and musty smelling. There initially wasn't hot water, just warm water. The mini fridge didn't work. The room did not provide any bottled water, even for purchase. The room was located in a very odd part of the hotel. Immediately next to the elevators, and the view out the window was into another building just 10 ft away. So a terrible room location.

Comfortable, but not luxurious.

Great location, bed was comfortable, cleaning crew came every day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean.

Pool was loud and extremely over chlorinated. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Refrigerator was outdated and missing pieces. Long waits for elevators at times.

Great location and stay!

Check-in was easy and fast. The room was very clean and spacious. Our son used the pull out bed, and said it was comfortable. Our bed was super comfy. Loved the whole room!

The bar was unavailable. This was no biggie there are bars across the street. It was hard to connect to my Hilton Honors app with the Booking.com info. Didn't come through till right before we left.

Hotel was cozy and quiet and our stay was great.

The location was perfect because it was so close to everything to do walking distance away and having valet available made it so much easier to avoid parking hassle. Easy check in and check out and was easy to find our room.

The remotes and tv system was a little outdated and there was lack of information once in the room about what was offered at the hotel such as the breakfast buffet, room service, menus for hotel restaurant, or what other features were available at the hotel there was no way of knowing because the Hilton Honors app didn’t list it either.

Zona e Camera molto belle, con alcune criticità che da una catena come Hilton non mi sarei aspettato

Stanza molto bella, in posizione ottima.

Abbiamo dovuto cambiare la stanza il primo giorno alle ore 10 pm perchè la doccia non erogava acqua calda. Può succedere ma visto il disagio causato mi sarei aspettato uno sconto o qualche benefit (tipo stanza più grande) cosa che non è avvenuta. Inoltre nel divano letto non c'era in dotazione un piumone come per il letto ma una coperta sintetica usata da chiunque. Infine ci hanno fornito di un solo rotolo di carta igienica e qualche asciugamano era macchiato.
