We like the location, as it is close to the event we were supposed to be attending.

I didn't like walking to get my phone and hitting my ankle on the bone with a metal bar sticking out, it is bruised and swollen and I can barely walk on it! I felt like they didn't care that I was injured and that it should never have happened, response was sorry for your inconvenience 😕 it was impossible to enjoy the remainder of our stay as I was limited to what I could do.

I didn't stay. Found a room at the 5 year old Mariott for the same price as the very old and shabby

I cancelled reservation after seeing the room. Terrible shape and they have nerve to charge $200 damage deposit. What's left to damage....it was all done years ago.

Old grubby room, would have had to pack heavy luggage to second floor, no elevator.

It was ok but we prefer a room infront or in the hotels not the back area.

We felt very judged if we complained about the loud occupants next door and below.

The room we were given in the back area.

The guy who checked me in was so helpful and friendly, it was nice to be greeted by somebody so nice after such a long drive.

Makeup on a pig doesn’t make it beautiful.

Location is central but that parking lot is horrendous. Honestly guys, just book somewhere else.

Parking lots is tiny and cramped. Bathroom is laughably small even for a solo traveler. Steam room didn’t seem to work, floor was gross & begs the question of how often it is being cleaned, lots of hair & who knows what on the floor in the steam room. It has definitely seen better days.

Very good, but the lack of the 13th night free opens me up to your competitors.

Staff are all really nice, professional. Close (easy walk) proximity to restaurants- Moxie’s, Earl’s, Denny’s. King 1 bedroom suite was a pleasure (apart from the following comment about the tiny toilet and awful soap/shampoo etc.)

The toilet is ridiculously small to sit on -(I’m an average build 200 lb 5’11 guy.) In addition, the shampoo/ moisturizer might be acceptable for an 11 year old “Twilight” fan, but grossly sweet for a grown up. The bar of soap offered is too small to make a lather. (I used to bundle up my used bar of soap, shampoo, and moisturizer from your hotel chain and take them home - left them for the trash this trip.) Also really miss the simplicity of the “Stay 12 Nights, get one free program.”

everything was after check in but the questions asked while checking in was very rude

they charge a deposit for each night staying, 3 nights was a $500 deposit. $200/night. 1 staff member was very rude at check in

Bed bugs, shady service, stay away.

Bed bugs crawled out of bed shortly after checking in. Took a sample to front desk, they said they would reimburse for room, and transferred me to another room for the night. Credit card gets charged 3 weeks later, and after calling they said 'they inspected the room and didn't find any signs of bugs'. Unacceptable and shady service by hotel management.

Paid and wasn’t allowed to stay there

No breakfast

I paid for the room , however my husband flew in and arrived .He was not allowed in due to him not having a credit card . As I was drop my to meet him . I was told he couldn’t check in . Was still charged and neither of stayed there

That it was close to Dennys

The small the pool was and the room wasn’t very clean. When we first got there late the clerk said you aren’t supposed to be here until tomorrow. I said I tried to call there to change the date and she told me to phone booking. I said I tried and they told me to call the hotel. I said I tried so she tried phoning the hotel and no answer so she left a message and sent an email. Once the clerk heard that she gave us our keys.
