the suite was not clean. dust everywhere. dirty clothing and garbage under the living room furniture from previous tennants. scum around sinks and hairs in the bathroom. furniture smelled foul (like pets).

Size.
Had basics of what we needed.
Beds were very uncomfortable.
Noisy at weekend in evenings and early morning.
9.0 / 10.0
I liked that there was coffee.
A bit more toilet paper would have been great.
Next time I prefer a ski in and ski out place.

We liked that it was relatively close to the ski hill. That was the only good thing.
The rooms were very dirty not properly cleaned. Food left on dishes, carpets not vacuumed, horrible laundry. The hours of staffed operation were very poor plus it was impossible to find anyone at the desk during normal business hours. The shower was awful in our unit, I honestly won't book here again.

The condo was very clean. Loved our own hot tub on the balcony but also used the outdoor heated pool and other hot tubs on property. Views were great and so close to the ski hill. Wasn’t aware that this condo had two bathrooms so the en-suite was a pleasant surprise
The walk was just too far for our kids with their ski gear on and we could never figure out how to ski all the way back. Ended up driving to and from the ski hill each day.
The hot water in the condo took forever to turn warm ow hot (several minutes to heat up)

Room layout, kitchen and hot tub were very nice.
enjoyed the keyless entry.
Bedroom could ave been larger. No space to open up luggage in bedroom :(

no one at front desk

location & property was very nice & functional
we couldn’t use one of the toilets as it was broken, along with the fireplace. No one came to service these issues.

Kitchen was well equipped. Good Tv channels. Comfortable beds. Hot tubs. Close to the mountain.
We still drove to the mountain car park to go skiing as it was too far to walk up with little kids.

Comfortable and well equipped condo on the ski hill. Very helpful staff.

Nice spacious rooms with a loft. Large enough for entire family. Nice outdoor pool/hot tubs.

clean and spacious
1) no air conditioning in any of the units I stayed in so during the summer time the apartments get super hot and it’s uncomfortable and hard to sleep.
2) there’s no room Services it would be nice if once a week at least they brought you new towels and took out any garbage or recycling you have but they don’t offer any of that till you check out.
3) Coin Laundry machines were old and subsequently the dryers for whatever reason don’t seem to work consistently good and your laundry still comes out wet most times so you have to pay at least twice to dry your laundry properly.

nice clean apt, and outdoor pool was great
No one physically at reception, previous visits there was. but we did have an issue with a bathroom door and the girl I called to assist was with us within 5 mins and it was resolved.
would have liked to have a balcony and was told we would have a view to the mountains but we didn’t as we had a limited selection of rooms due to bringing our dog

Beautiful space that had everything you needed.
Didn't realize there wouldn't be shampoo. Soap was skimpy.

The hill is a short, 10 minute walk from the resort. Very easy to access. Line-ups were not long at all and it was easy to access everything.
On day 3, conditions were not favorable as it rained. I felt that $126 for a ski pass may have been a bit unreasonable for spring skiing when conditions vary from day to day due to weather.

No front desk, pool extremely dirty and open at random times, hot tub not hot, only 2 towels and we had 4 people, kitchen not well stocked, overall room dated and not cleaned well, extremely disappointing for cost. Late check in and early check out (10am). Only good part was it was close to the hill.

No breakfast was provided. We booked 3 Platinum level condos and they all varied greatly. King Fir 432 was really junkie. The dishwasher was broken, the pillows were foam chunks and pots and cutlery were useless. No kettle and no oven mitts.
Pretty much everything!! We had 5 kids 6 and under with us and the pool was too cold to swim in and the hot tub was cool.
You could hear every footstep from the floor above.
It is not a quick walk to the ski hill as indicated and is definitely NOT ski in ski out.

The beds, the cold pool, the crappy cutlery, cups, wine glasses, the Luke warm hot tub, the furniture that smelled of 20 years of cooking smells. Honestly the Timberline resort needs a total overhaul!
We paid $5200 for three units. It was a total rip off

horrible frying pans, poor kitchen storage, could have used an extra set of bedding

It was well located for those who like to be able to walk to the Fernie slopes.
The accommodation was very pricey compared to other locations in Fernie. Other than the closeness to the slope and the hot tub (that wasn’t available in the building we stayed in) there was very little difference to other places in Fernie.

The free upgrade to a snow creek cabin was unexpected and amazing!! Jennifer was an absolute dream to work with, she was helpful and friendly! We absolutely loved the cabin and having our own hot tub!
