Dommage que l'anglais prime toujours... Bonne expérience tout de même

Les grands lits plutôt confortables

Le fait que le personnel ne soit pas au moins bilingue français anglais. La salle de bain un peu étroite par rapport à la taille de la chambre.

I like the location but was not happy. When I asked for a ground floor, they could not grant it to me.

Okay but could be much better.

Had no breakfast as cook was waiting on eggs. Made do with a slice of bread and jam with coffee.

perfectly fine for a one-night stay

Breakfast was fine. Room was comfortable.

Location was slightly out the way, but fine for my one-night stay. Would not recommend this as a property to explore the town or the region.

Comfortable, convenient overnight in Miramichi.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

When we arrived we couldn't turn on the A/C. Turns out it had been unplugged as had the TV, fridge and desk lamp. The window was smeared on the inside, this should have been taken care of before guests arrived. These minor annoyances were reported to the front desk upon check out with a good response from your staff member. Hopefully this was taken care of before your next booking arrived.

The staff made this a good hotel to stay at while travelling,

Staff were all exceptional from the great greeting and recommendations for dinner from the reception, to friendly and prompt breakfast, even a smile from the cleaning staff.

Nice sized rooms, at a fantastic deal, in a central location with Comfy beds, quiet room, great staf

We did not stay for very long, as it was only for the night. However I can say, the staff were very friendly, and helpful with any questions we had. We did not get to stay for breakfast, but we were given all the information before going to our room so we wouldn't have been lost.

N/A, as we were not there long enough to have the chance to experience a whole lot.

Comfortable Stay

The location was great. Close to downtown. Room was comfortable. Very nice breakfast. Pleasant staff. Laundry facilities were a bonus.

Very good

The staff were very friendly and helpful with a restaurant suggestion and directions to a nearby attraction. The room was clean, comfortable and well suited for pets with an outside exit. The surrounding neigbourhood was great for walking the dog.

The parking lot and outdoor landscaping were well beyond their best before date. Fortunately the outside appearance is not a reflection of the inside of the hotel.
