Very satisfied with this hotel and would book again.

Very clean and well-maintained. Friendly staff. Adequate parking.

Soundproofing could have been better - I could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway.

Good

Good breakfast, amazing staff. Very comfortable bed.

You can hear everything from other rooms. That night it was very crowded and we could hear exactly what a man next to us was watching and doing. Zero privacy.

The hotel is clean and near the river so u can have time to walk and stay there while having a sit on the restaurant.

We had a great time. The restaurant and their patio were amazing. Great food and drinks. Had a nice pool as well.

This hotel was close to family we were visiting as well as walking distance into town. The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was a good size. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room had a definite musty carpet smell. The faucet in the tub was just hanging on.

Other wise stay was good and affordable for a week.

Location was good even though I felt like I was Shipwrecked with sloped floors! Lol Restaurant was great but should be opened Monday and Tuesday! Breakfast was ok but eggs were not great, eggs and sausages were not hot enough. Could also think about getting a waffle maker! Just a suggestion! For convenience other breakfast items- bagels, yogurt, fruit , juices etc are good! The hubby says coffee is better in room then with breakfast room.

Not hot eggs or sausages. Most pictures are view from room!

If other hotels with a pool in the area is booked, this is a back up location

Not too big and close to restaurants and stores. Quiet area.

There was a sewer smell in our room, we booked riverfront view and got parking lot view. Pool was freezing cold the first day, second morning was a bit better.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel

Was a great hotel, Front desk staff was excellent. They have a great restaurant and food was good ! They had a pool to enjoy after a long day. Continental breakfast had a good variety. Would definitely book again.

everything was fine except I was offered the River view room on booking.com and I got a room with no view. this doesn’t affect the service. and everything else was fine

Lobby was nice.

We didn't get to stay. We came from Ontario and were staying with family but needed a night alone. I booked a Riverview room with the idea of using pool and on site restaurant. Pool closed for weeks and restaurant closed mon and Tues (we got there tues). The desk clerk tried another hotel at $75 more a night plus extra for breakfast. I refused. They didn't try another other hotel. No compensation at all for my ruined night. No offer or suggestions of any other places. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this location or even franchise at this point.
