The breakfast was excellent. The coffee and tea earlier in the room was good as well.

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. We went for the Icewine Festival and the location was ideal. Maria was very kind and the breakfast was exceptional!

Breakfast was great, the location was just steps to shop and restaurants.

The room was lovely. The bed was comfy. There were extra blankets, pillows and towels in the closet if needed. There was a working wood burning fireplace with an easy to light firelog which added just the right ambience. The breakfast was a delicious homemade creation. Maria made sure to check for any allergies when we checked in. We arrived early to see a show and we had no issues with parking on the premises prior to our check-in. We had coffee and muffins delivered to our room prior to breakfast.
The only drawback was the front door was a little tricky. The first time we used the code we had no issues. The 2nd time however we had to ring the bell and disturb our hosts 😞 as we couldn't get it to work.

Super well kept historical house and excellent breakfast every day. We enjoyed talking about the house with Maria. Also loved the pre-breakfast scones and tea in the morning. It really felt like a vacation staying here. Yes, the house is older (it's history!) but it's also well kept with era-appropriate renovations, and super clean — cleaner than many hotels I've stayed at. We would recommend anyone visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake stay here!
I can't think of anything!

Maria did a superb job both as our hostess and our chef. The breakfasts she prepared during our two night stay were delicious. Each morning she began our day with delivery of fresh coffee and scones to our bedroom door. Her home was extremely clean and walking distance to the main street of the bustling little town of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Absolutely no complaints.

Especially liked the proximity to the main town area - just a half block away. The bed was very comfortable, the surroundings quiet, and the other guests we met at breakfast were friendly and interesting.
