Donna and Matt where amazing and it was a very clean and comfortable spot
I really enjoyed everything, the location was a little bit further to Queen street than I expected

The breakfast was excellent but it was off site & not easily walkable..the room was clean & well stocked..
The hosts were helpful & available..also the property was beautiful
We would have preferred breakfast on site and would have preferred sealed bottled water

Our suite was very tastefully and comfortably appointed, and there was lots of room to stretch out during our extended stay. We loved the gardens behind the house. Our hosts went above and beyond in terms of thoughtful touches (fridge filled with cold water, pizzette on arrival, coffee and tea in our room) and gave us helpful advice about where to eat and what to see. Breakfast is served at a nearby golf course. It is very filling--it ended up being our lunch for the day--and there are many choices, all good. The quiet neighborhood was an excellent place for a relaxing stay (downtown is less than 10 minutes away, if you're looking for more excitement).
Nothing! It was a perfect stay.

Spotless! Nice layout and decor. It had everything we needed. Enjoyed having plants in the room. Hosts were helpful and friendly.
Bed and pillows were too firm for us, but we recognize everyone has different preferences.

The hosts were welcoming, the accommodations were better than expected and very comfortable.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Breakfast was not provided instead they provided vouchers for the Niagara golf club which was average at best. Say no one during our stay due to COVID? Property has a sale sign out front, which was disconcerting. Room was immaculate and they provided nice coffee and almond milk. Room at the top of the stairs with glass block wall to the corridor, lights shine into room which really needs to be corrected

Every moment there.
Exceptional service! Warm, caring, and down too the earth people, (or root lol). There is NOT one thing I didnt like.

Thé Butler Creek House was an exceptional place. The room was magnificent! It had everything from a ready to perc coffee machine, to a huge assortment of teas. A nice fireplace was nice, too bad the weather was to hot to enjoy it. The room was supplied was cups and wine glasses. The bathroom had shampoo and conditioner and soap for both men and women. A very nice touch! Having a delicious breakfast on the front porch every morning was very nice! Matt and Donna are excellent hosts! Continued success to you both!
Not having booked a longer stay!

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Butler Creek Inn. It is the best B&B we stayed since the last one in London UK in 2012. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. It was cool to have breakfast on the front porch. We love it. Thanks Donna and Matt for treating us like a king and queen.
We found no fault in the inn.

The owners of the B&B are amazing people, they are so lovely. If you have any questions they are happy to help you and can give you great advice about where to go. The location is also perfect and the breakfast they made is delicious.
The only bad side to staying that this place, which has nothing to do with the owners is that if you are staying here during the summer months, because of the area there are a lot of bugs, so bring bug spray and after bit.

We had two breakfasts and they were both excellent - actually, more food that we could eat. They were presented beautifully.
The attention to detail in the room we had was exceptional. From soaps to shampoo (not the little travel size ones), dishes galore, bottles of wine at the ready, glasses of every size, the coffee maker just ready to push the button, teas of every type, I could go on and on.
What we didn't like was that we only booked two days. I wish we could have stayed longer!!!!!!!!!!

Both Donna Lee and Matt are extremely engaging and wonderful hosts. Their attention to detail is second to none in the B&B industry....and we don't say this lightly. We've stayed in many B&B's and this experience was #1 overall. The room was immaculate, spacious and supplied everything you need, and more than you need. The breakfast on the both porch both days was excellent, fresh, fulfilling, and more than adequate. To the point that you debate whether lunch was even necessary. We were not the only guests and could easily see their level of engagement with all their guests was warm and friendly almost as if you had known them for much longer than the couple of days you are fortunate to spend with them. Their knowledge of the area and the late 1700's history of the Butler family were well worth the discussion and the subsequent self-tour we embarked on to find those historical landmarks in the area. All that and an evening walk to see the fire flies in abundance that Matt informed us of. Well Done Butler Creek House Bed and Breakfast ! This is likely not the first time and certainly not the last that you'll hear you've won more loyal customers. Rob and Diane :) We'll be back without a doubt.
Absolutely nothing we didn't like
