Pleasant and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location, handy for getting around town. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. The shower worked well and hot water was plentiful. I liked having a sink area separate from the toilet/bathtub room. I also liked that our room was located in a separate building with only 4 units total. It was extremely quiet. Good energy-efficient lighting in the hallways. The continental breakfast was decent, the coffee was hot although a bit weak.

My husband and I stayed here this past weekend while we attended a concert in Detroit. Our room, along with many others was not ready at check in time. We waited 30 minutes without an apology from staff, but understood as they were very busy. The hotel itself is fine, very standard and clean. We enjoyed our stay until the day after check out, when the hotel reached out on booking.com accusing my husband and I of stealing 3 hand towels and 3 bath towels from our room. Our room only had 2 sets of towels to begin with so I do not understand how this is even possible. Our towels did not leave the bathroom during our stay. When I called to ask about these accusations the manager was rude and dismissive of me. How exactly am I supposed to prove I didn’t steal after I’ve already checked out and driven home? Could they not have considered maybe there was a housekeeping error as they were fully booked and extremely busy? Beware they may falsely accuse you of stealing and charge your credit card.

I really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. I was sooo happy to have real cream with my coffee in my room and not powdered whitener that other hotels have. Thank you.

It would be nice to have an elevator to take luggage up but we were able to manage and carry the luggage up the stairs.

check in - time said 3 pm. We arrived at 3:15 and was told room was not ready for another 30-45 minutes. milk at breakfast was also sour!

The guy at the front desk was perfect.. I wish I could remember his name.. but I showed up a little earlier than check in but he made accommodations and got me in a room..

Awesome!

The lighting in the room and bathroom was fantastic. Bed was very comfortable. Room was super clean.

There were steps between the front office an breakfast area, this needs to be marked better with a sign, not just yellow tape. I walked into the breakfast area looking at the staff at the desk saying good morning and almost fell.

The midnight check-in staff was so wonderful and she did a great job. The rooms were cozy and fit our needs.

The frosted glass bathroom doors didn't provide as much privacy as we had hoped, and it wasn't something that we expected.

Very clean rooms, nicely updated. Very friendly staff. Reasonable rates.

Bed was very comfortable, rooms are nicely updated. Bathroom was very clean.

Breakfast was completely adequate, but could add a few more items to improve...perhaps eggs, or more selection of fruit.

Great place and staff

Sue was nice and cooperative in choosing a room that is convenient for my needs. Check in and check out were a breeze. Room was clean, spacious and beds were comfortable. This is the third time I stay at the hotel and my stays were all pleasant and great. Highly recommended in Windsor, ON.

No pen and note pad. Breakfast is usually on the poor side so I didn’t having breakfast here. Price is a little higher than it should be for a 2 star Inn.

Our favourite hotel in Windsor comfortable quiet updated modern rooms

updated nice clean rooms , very comfortable bed and had everything we required in room , no noise and nice continental breakfast selection. Much better than any chain hotel system I’ve stayed at in Windsor always friendly staff Will definitely be returning and recommending your hotel to others.
