Fest staff was friendly enough, but could not resolve the matter.
Room was filthy, hair and standing water in tub, a dart muster fluid on and in toilet, and it was obvious that the bedding had only be remade, not changed since the room was last used. We checked out within 30-minutes of arriving.

Nothing
You need exhaust fans in the bathrooms, odor hangs in air, should be against the law. Maryland law states that bathrooms must have a window or exhaust fan. you have neither, very unpleasant experience. Don't tell me the vent plate in the ceiling is the exhaust, it won't even remove flatulence!!!!!!!

location for what my stay was for
Very poor customer service and appearance of staff
3.9
Location was convenient
Had to pay 8 dollars for on site parking, 9.99 per person for a joke of a breakfast, price discrepancy between my reservation and what I was charged at the desk and the night clerk was rude when I asked about it. Had to straighten it out myself.

The staff was very nice and accommodating.
The bed was horrible and needs to be replaced. The floor in the front room was Scary. It needs to be addressed immediately. It could be a problem in the near future. I find it very disturbing that you have to pay for parking at a hotel that sits on a side street and that is not in the middle of a busy city. Furthermore, you have a wide open lot with no parking attendant. If I'm going to pay for parking, there should be a garage with someone to park and retrieve my car. Unbelievable!

Good location.
We had to pay for parking!!! Which is ridiculous! Total money grab. Plus I don’t like places that put a “hold” on your credit card.
Property is not worth what they are charging,.

The desk staff were friendly
Pay for parking in an area where there was abundant hotel parking, the hotel was so loud, I did not sleep well because the person above us, apparently Bigfoot; stomped around all night and then someone decided it was a bar and played their music so loud it shook the room and that went on for 25 min. I will not stay here again.

The only thing this hotel had going for it was the staff in the location
The rooms are overpriced I was quoted a king size got a Queen instead they did not know how to hold a reservation false advertisement on free parking was still charged for it

Does that that much I didn't like it was a good place

Large clean comfortable room, plenty of free parking, nice swimming pool and staff friendly and helpful

Bathroom clean and shower strong. Bed was comfortable. Pillows good. Pool area nicer to sit at rather than the outdoor lounge area on the other side of the lobby.
The room was noisy from the room above. Spider webs in the room. I think the room could be a little cleaner and fresher, especially for a Hilton. The curtains didn't close all the way, and we were on the first floor where people outside could see in dueto the curtains not closing all the way. The outdoor lounge area is in need of a powere-washing, and the flower containers in the outdoor lounge are neglected; one even has a giant weed in the flower container. There is a noisy air vent next to the outdoor lounge, so it's not a relaxing area when it's running. Lobby does not seem as fresh and clean as it could be. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning was not very good. There was an occasional smell of natural gas on the air near the swimming pool.

The breakfast should be complimentary,,,,it was not,,,,that was a big red flag,,,the pool does not have easy acccess,,,another big red flag,,,

The pool hours are great to relax after a day of touring the area. The staff were wonderful.
Nothing.

The property was one of the best places I’ve stayed in a very long time.
There wasn’t anything not to like… I didn’t like when I had to leave.
3.9
Dirty beds and floors. One ply toilet paper. Dirty pool and tables by the pool. Several rude desk helper. ( one was fantastic). Breakfast Buffett cost $10 and always looked dry. Asked for extra blankets and stuff for a pallet for an additional person for 1 night because they don’t provide roller beds and received 2 fitted sheets, a thin blanket and 2 pillows.
Cleaner rooms. Cleaner pool. Nicer staff

I like the main lobby, the room was large and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The temperature control was great as well. The compensation coffee in the morning was nice too.
Our comforter was clean but had nasty brown stains on it. The breakfast was $14 and looked like the free breakfasts at every other hotel I've visited.
