Nothing special at all. No meal discounts, or breakfast included. If there was anything of that the staff never told me.

Cleanliness

No parking at all, you would think the hotel would have something people can put in their dash to cover the meter fees from 9-11. Real nice having to rush out first thing in the morning so I don’t get towed. Also, having to use an ATM to spend $2.50 to buy a criminally priced $3.00 bottle of water is absolutely ridiculous. Room was alright, but very overpriced. Neighbor checked in at midnight with a small dog who immediately woke us up and instigated our dogs through the shared door between the rooms through the night. No rest and I paid $300 to spend hours calming my dogs down.

Overall good with a few inconveniences. Creaking upstairs floors did wake us up.

Poor for the money. We had to ask and then wait for food. You could add more selection of stuff like yogurt.

The laundry machines on our floor were not working. Did find another one but the front desk had no detergent left so we could not do laundry without purchasing it at a grocery store.

Loved the large room. Loved that the bathroom had a whirlpool tub that both my granddaughter and myself enjoyed. There were laundry facilities as well.

Nothing that I can think of.

first visit to Yukon

location and the room was updated

I stayed for 6 days and they only cleaned my room once, and the cleaning was mediocre. the hallway needs updating and it smelled mouldy.

it was fantastic, we loved that they had an airport shuttle too which was a free service.

close to the town centre, clean, quiet, warm and accomodating staff.

very expensive, advertise queen size beds, that are more like doubles only two thin towels in the bathroom, for two of us. had to ask for coffee for next day. and NO restaurant for kids to have breakfast or lunch. had to leave early with kids to get breakfast. had no cream rinse in dispenser, had to ask for some

Nice place, the Reno’s look great updated rooms and clean.

Clean room, felt safe, friendly staff.

Other guests were yelling loud coming down the hallway during the night ( however it was rendezvous) so probably why. As someone who stayed with a small child I also wish the doors had secondary chain locks on the inside. ( first hotel I’ve stayed at without a secondary lock, easy for kids to open the door.)

It worked well for what we needed.

the location was very central to everything in Whitehorse. We were able to see a lot just by walking around. There are many meters downtown so it was very convenient to have a parking place.

It was all fine. We each had one pillow, i tend to expect and use two, and the floor was a little tilted, but it was a very clean room and we were comfortable.

Convenient location, comfortable room, excellent staff, but public areas a little "tired"

Room was comfortable and clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and it is just a short walk to Kwanlin Dun Cultural Centre.

The lobby and hallways look quite tired, and there was a bit of a musty smell.

Terrible and uncomfortable

Nothing

It was a mess because of renovations and nothing was available. The room was definitely not remodeled with exposed wiring, missing essentials, scuffed corners and uneven floors. Definitely not a good place to stay.

Disappointing

Not very busy. Wifi was good. Clerk stated they are in the process of renovations, possibly done by June so I will definitely be trying out the new rooms when they get done.

Absolutely no charging plugins, have to move furniture around to charge your devices, bed was hard as a rock. Maybe management will add some lamps with plugins for charging.
