Happy with stay and would choose this location again if the pricing stays reasonable.

Room was comfortable and clean. Area had close by restaurants and stores to pick up needed items. The breakfast was more than I expected which was a plus when traveling.

You can’t really walk to any near by businesses or restaurants. Otherwise, I don’t have any complaints about this hotel.

Even though I took out the door sign and left the room before 10am and the cleaning staff were 3 rooms down my room, when we came back at night, the room wasn’t clean and no clean towels, we asked the front desk and they said if we told the cleaning staff to clean the room. Why we need to tell them to clean the room? It’s not their job to do it? Incredible!!!

Pésima atención al cliente

La calidad del hotel es muy similar a las de otras sucursales. Respecto de la Ubicación algo alejado de la zona turística

Muy inconforme con el personal. Mi hija tuvo que comer y dormir en el lobby hasta que arreglaron un problema administrativo

I liked the staff and the location of the hotel. Plus it was the best affordable hotel that I could get in the area.

I didn't like that the building was hot. Room was hot, the AC had a hard time cooling it down. The hallways were super hot.

The location was great. equal distance to different attractions. breakfast was good.

I asked for hot water for my tea around evening, the receptionist said they are not able to provide me any hot water. It is only a cup of hot water! We stayed with my family and they provided 2 both towels. I called the receptionist and asked for extra towels for the kids, she said I have to come to the front desk to get the towels because there are no housekeepers during evening!

room /bathrm great, modern, clean; breakfast and staff happy, helpful. just wish it was cheaper.

Breakfast was great ! Breakfast staff smiling, cheerful, helpful. I like having breakfast included ,saves about $25. ,plus its nice to roll out of bed and go downstairs to get breakfast. My room was good, a suite with microwave, fridge, a little sitting room with a tv, although the carpet in the sitting room was worn, ugly. Other that , the bedroom was good, king bed really comfortable, nice sheets/bedding. The bathroom was great, once I turned on the bathroom light switch, I was a happy camper. Everything new, clean as can be, very modern, big mirror across the whole wall, lots of light , great shower! One of the better bathrooms I have stayed in for a long time. I will stay there again. Security guard standing outside the front door at night, greeting people.

Place was a bit pricey.

location sucks but it’s a good Hotel

Everything was clean love that the Room had a Keurig.

When I checked in I was told breakfast was until 1030am. I arrived at breakfast at 9:54am. another guest came at 10 and they told them it was closed so I barely made it to breakfast. I think on weekends breakfast should be at least till 1030-11am. There was no regular coffee just decaf it was cold.
