100% recomendable para descansar y trabajar. Muy cerca al aeropuerto

La comodidad de las camas, el silencio para poder descansar, llegamos después de jornadas intensas de trabajo y necesitábamos dormir para reponer energías. Lo logramos gracias al silencio exquisito y la comodidad de las camas.

Que otras veces que fue el desayino era más variado, en esta oportunidad fue medio escaso.

Excelente opción en Miami

Todo nos gustó, bien ubicado, habitación/suite muy amplia, cómoda y completamente dotada, baño limpio y con barras de seguridad en la ducha. La cama muy cómoda y las almohadas tipo Marriott, las mejores. El parqueadero es amplio. Muchas gracias por la amabilidad y dejarnos ingresar antes de la hora, llegamos muy cansados y ese fue un muy especial gesto con nosotros.

Todo nos gustó y volveremos sin duda alguna

Extremely disappointing and not what is expected of a Marriott hotel

The location

Let me start by saying that we only spent 1 night and checked out first thing the next day. The rooms were dusty (check the top of paintings, light fixtures etc). The kitchen consisted of 1 fork which contained food residue, 2 spoons and 1 knife. The door handle of the freezer is hanging on by a thread. The inside of the fridge was dirty. Bed sheets smelled as though they’d been laundered months ago and left to catch dust. The tv didn’t work. The carpet was damp in areas as though the AC may have been leaking. I’m awaiting a refund from the hotel

Closed swimming pool - very disappointed

Room was okay

We deliberately chose a hotel with swimming pool to stay at. However both days we stayed here the swimming pool was completely closed. Reason being: ‘expired permit’. There was no communication at all with the guests, just unfriendly employees giving no explanation. I sent a message to the hotel but have gotten no response yet. I am very disappointed. I did not book a hotel without swimming pool, then I would have chosen a different one. I expect someone to get in contact with me.

The staff was very helpful and polite and friendly.

The breakfast was good. There was never any bacon, which is a essential for me.

The serving area was to small for the amount of people. The waffle makers were off in a different area than the service area and there was always a line up. For me, I would pay a few bucks more for bacon on the menu and black out curtains in the rooms.

unexpected surprise

My room was an exceptional room with a full kitchen with cutlery pots and pans full refrigerator, which I was not expecting. The spaces were well defined. Complementary breakfast was a full breakfast buffet. I loved the hotel and my stay.

I requested washcloths for my second day. However, when i returned to my room, there were no towels. The beds weren't made, or the wet bath towel was not replaced.
