I would stay here again

I enjoyed everything didn’t spend much time on property though trip was short.

I don’t know if it applied across the entire hotel, but I didn’t like the fact that housekeeping didn’t come everyday

Agradable la estancia y atención, con el sólo lunar del aseo en la habitación.

La ubicación y atención del personal.

Impresentable que teniendo tiempo de sobra, mi habitación al regreso de noche la encontramos sin arreglar. Esto es para mejorar, ya que en mi viaje anterior si se cumplió con la limpieza.

Great hotel with excelent breakfast

The lounge was great ! The rooms too and they don’t charge for packages

I asked the receptionist if they had a water fountain and she said they didn’t have one and I would have to purchase water , next day I found it

Goed hotel!

Goed intercontinental ontbijt (met mogelijkheid tot het bakken van wafels), goede bedden, basis fitness ruimte maar zeker voldoende voor onderweg. De omgeving en parking van het hotel werd goed onderhouden. Algemeen een zeer aangenaam verbijf tijdens onze doorreis.

Propre, spacieux et très bien insonorisé. Facile d accès. Jeune fille à l accueil le soir de notre arrivée était très souriante et agréable. Ça fait toujours plaisir.

We enjoyed our stay and of the beds weren’t so hard we would definitely be going back.

Property was clean and the staff was helpful.

The only thing I did not like were the beds. Very hard mattresses, it was like sleeping on a rock. I was tossing and turning all night.

Convenient for what we wanted to do in the area.

Decent breakfast but hot food was only luke warm. Coffee was too hot for immediate drinking.

Big price increase on weekends nights.

On July 20th 7:30 AM , a young beautiful lady with the name of Shamier who was kind, and respectful, quickly, in a matter of few seconds, fixed everything, changed my keys and informed “everything is ok and you can remain in your same room until you check out.” What a difference with yesterday’s lady!!!! Shamier was professional, knowledgeable about what to do, made me feel she did care about my situation and that I was priority number one and she was happy to help me!! Shamier should be promoted as supervisor in your company and teach a few important things about customer service to her coworkers. Thank you Shamier!!

On July 19, morning, I asked a front desk lady to confirm i could stay in the same room as I extended my stay until July 21. She was arrogant, inappropriate and clearly had no interest in helping me. In a disrespectful manner ,she talked to me as I was a child and she was in need of teaching me a lesson for making a mistake at the time of doing my second reservation. I remained calm and just observing her behavior. I thought “I’m a senior, I’m a doctor and I deserve more respect; but I will choose to tolerate this lady just to avoid stress or conflict.”

overall it was a good stay, but could have been better If the room didn’t get so hot.

A/C unit was lousy and wasn’t able to really adjust the room temperature much up or down. it ended up getting very hot and stuffy in room.

An excellent stay in a well-cared for property run by warm and helpful staff.

The staff was amazing! I was allowed early check-in and the staff was helpful when it came to using the business center resources. The room was large, clean, and quiet. The view of the woods around the hotel was wonderful. I saw many different birds and other wildlife.

Nothing! Not a lot of walkable places to shop or eat, but I didn’t have much time for that anyway.

Superb

The location is great. The staff are pleasant and breakfast is very good.

My first room wasn't clean. The smell was horrible and humid. I had to change the room. The person at the desk listened to the remarks and gave me another room.
