Other wise from the little discomfort m stay as good

The breakfast was great and I love the location,

My fight was cancelled and I arrived at the hotel the next day i requested a refund for the day my request was denied. WIFI was not working had to switch room, the toilet was not flushing.

Other than the AC unit it was good would have been excellent but things do happen.

My Air condition in my room made alot of noise and It wasn't cold it was just cool we even tried to lower the temperature that did not work we was to tried to complaint so we just dealt with it.

Ants in the room

The location was great! Close to shopping, fine dining, entertainment, and fast food.

The room had ants on the hard surfaces, which led to them getting on our belongings.

This was not what I paid for. I need a refund on the price of the regular room.

I requested a suite, I was charged for a suite but I got a regular room. I am confined to a wheelchair and I needed a suite that was accessible, I reserved the room but when I went to check in the lobby was full of guests and I was to that the room was not available. I was sent to a room that was not accessible at first. Then when I asked for a chanfe I got a regular room with 2 beds. Totally unacceptable..

That I was charged for a room i didn't get.

Very nice hotel and great lication

The staff was friendly and the room was large and comfortable.

The size of the closet was very inadequate for 2 people staying for multiple nights.

Good for a couple of nights

Very clean and neat property. Comfortable. Front desk girl was exceptional. Very kind and useful.

TV in our room did not work. The guy they send to fix it could not but he had no people or communication skills. It was like he did not want to work there.

HOTEL "OK"

O hotel é "OK". Distante de Miami Beach e de Miami Down Town, essa distância as vezes parece maior pelo trânsito. Estava incluso na diária o café da manhã (nada demais também). Estacionamento amplo no local.

Se o objetivo for visitar os pontos principais de Miami, não é o hotel ideal para se hospedar. Estava com meus dois filhos e pegamos um quarto com cama de casal e um sofá-cama grande. A cama do sofá-cama era muito ruim, não vale (peguem quarto com duas camas). Não é uma região para caminhar, a locomoção é sempre de carro.

I would definitely come back as a return customer and give reference to other family members to stay

If there was number more than 11 to rate place I would. I would rate this place more than 20. AND MAIN REASON IS YOU STAFF MEMBERS. They did a GREAT JOB. Beyond my expectations. There was a short Spanish lady who was preparing breakfast, I think her name was Grace she was so so nice she prepared vegan patties for us ESPECIALLY because she knew from the first night we stayed we were vegetarian. She was being so kind and pleasant to every customer there, she deserves a raise.

It was ok stay

Comfy and clean

They gave me a king and I paid for 2 queens. She said because they were busy. Which I understandable but what about me that’s paying and coming from another city. I could even have and company because there wasn’t enough room for my nieces.
