Like the layout.. location and price point. Staff is excellent. Rooms are very nice.
The hotel needs more maintenance. The door to balcony didn’t slide properly. The glass on the railing outside was filthy. As was the deck. A small table outside would have been nice. The breakfast needs improvement.. a bit of fruit would be nice!

Clean bedding. Nice location. Comfy bed.
It’s definitely geared to families due to the pool. The free breakfast is pretty bad. We chose not to try it based on the appearance.

Nice rooms, Sandy at the front desk was great.
-Jacuzzi tub didn't work 2nd night there. Both jacuzzi and bathroom had zero hot water. Was fixed for the last night but
-The last night we were there the cleaning staff took the bath robes from the room and didn't replace them with anything. Just left 2 towels.
-The cleaning staff didn't refill coffee supplies in room once, which caused me and my wife to have to go down to the front desk multiple times to wait around to get more.
-Coffee in breakfast room also ran out multiple times.
All in all it was a good experience but this was our quick honeymoon so those things were kind of big misses.

Comfy beds. Clean big rooms. Large bathroom.
Restaurant in the hotel was very good
Breakfast was a joke - boiled eggs or cereal were the only choices, really
Hotel is a bit dated.
No complimentary water in the room. Only paid bottles near the reception

Great location for Skiing at the resort. Hotel is on the shuttle route and also has free vouchers for it too. Family room was a great value for its size. Simple free breakfast was a nice convenient addition.

The standard room was big enough to dry our ski gear in. This is standard for a typical canadian hotel.
Bathroom was in desparate need of maintenance and bath & toilet were dirty, there was a hair in the bathtub and slimy bacteria on the shower handle, the toilet had a film in it that was very visible. All our interactions with staff were robotic, we did not feel like guests in the hotel. Breakfast was standard continental but minimum, the amount of waste generated from everything wrapped individually was shocking.

love the location- in the mountains and along the river, the fact that it has a swimming pool, sauna and hot tub, continental breakfast, as well as an Indian restaurant! There is also a gas station and convenience store next to the hotel.
loud stomping upstairs early in the morning! (may have just been an exceptionally loud/rambunctious family that happened to be staying above us)- I would request the third floor next time!

Our room was really comfortable and had everything you could need! We loved the jacuzzi tub in the room and enjoyed having access to the pool and sauna. We also ordered take out from the restaurant which was really tasty. Would definitely stay here again.
The breakfast was pretty basic but still nice to have included. Didn't really like that all the cutlery, cups, etc, were all plastic and disposable.
