Quick trip

This is a great value hotel. The beds were so comfortable. Hot water was plentiful. The room was a good size. The customer service at the front desk was AWESOME! Very quick to solve any issues. The breakfast is one of the best. No bacon, though!

The first room given to us was not clean! The receptionist had to come up for herself to see it, and then she very quickly removed us from that room to another room. I forgot her name, but she's great!

Great area and great hot breakfast. The staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was very good. We wished they had bacon still.

The room smelled like wet dog. They need to replace the carpeting with different flooring next to the bed. The pool was dirty. No hot tub.

The employees were great, however, the quality of the room was disappointing.

They were not prepared because a lot of people were going on a cruise. Need more employees working the breakfast bar. Also, need more food.

I didn't like anything, due to not getting to stay. See below.

The hotel staff could not figure out how to assign a room. She took my card for incidentals and billed my card for a room. However, we never stayed. She went back and forth with two different representatives from Booking.com, and everything was fine on their end. She barely understood how to work On Queue and my girlfriend, a previous Hampton employee, ended up trying to walk her through it. We canceled my reservation and proceeded with starting a walk in through my girlfriend, after an hour and a half of failure with my reservation. The rep kept saying that it was such a long night for her and couldn't figure out how to assign a room. Finally, we had to just sleep in our car in the parking lot as it was now after 3 AM. The clerk didn't seem bothered.

Visiting daughter at JU made this excellent location with walking distance to restaurants and quick highway access

ice maker on 5th floor was down and the A/C on the 5th floor hall was not working (but sure its fixed now) **most important our room was cool and comfortable.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, CLEAN and good breakfast. The only drawback is it needs a refresh.

Breakfast was good, it had a nice variety each morning of my stay.

My room (520) could have used a refresh, it looked tired and the bathroom was in need of a painting.

very clean, staff was very helpful, continental breakfast was delicious, and the location exceeded our expectations. The trip was leisure, so we didn’t need to be in a “prime” location but we had access to so many things.

the pillows were a little too soft for me but that’s a personal preference. I was completely satisfied with my stay.

The staff was nice and they decorated for ga/fla game.

Room smelled like stale smoke. Found a used condom in the hairdryer bag. Breakfast was nothing like they advertise on TV. Staff did not tell us of a shuttle for the game when asked a couple of weeks ago. Would have saved us a lot of time. Then they overcharged us at check out.😒

It was a horrible experience at this hotel. It didn’t look like on website description. I thought I will stay in a clean, bright and comfortable room, but it’s not. The first room was leak and wet. Water leaked from the ceiling and beds got wet. I asked manager changing different room. And he gave me a second room which was not cleared up yet, even not changing bed sheet. I asked another room again He said he will find one and go. Then disappear. My friend and I must go back the first one to sleep with towel bath cover the bed. So disappointed.
