A place to crash but I wouldn’t stay again.

Close to the airport

Noisy air conditioner/heater. At 530 am there was no one at the front desk. We needed the shuttle and I had to search the facility for someone. Finally found someone in the kitchen who came out and couldn’t understand my concern. She said “The shuttle’s right there,” but there was no driver in sight.The van driver was MIA for a while and I was afraid we would not get the airport on time. He did eventually come out and we did make our flight. Made for a stressful early morning.

Awesome staff - awesome location- awesome stay

The property was super nice- clean - had everything you could want - nice gym facility with treadmills, elliptical, and weights. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. This hotel is ideally located next to the airport which was the perfect place and was the goal of the stay as I flew out at 0600

The worst experience ever. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel

The breakfast was good.

1. When we got to our room after checking in, the room was very cold. So I adjusted the thermostat but didn’t help. I called the front desk and mentioned that the thermostat maybe broken. We waited for half an hr and no one came. So I went down to speak to someone at the front desk. She was very casual about the whole situation and didn’t care and said oh that room was an issue before and suggested we move to a different room. So basically they gave us a defective room. After arguing with her a bit, I just asked to make sure the maintenance come quickly. It was the thermostat which they didn’t fix previously. 2. When we checked in, I mentioned that we would like to schedule daily cleaning during our stay. The very next day, we saw that our room hadn’t been cleaned. When we asked the housekeeping staff who was cleaning another room, he didn’t know what we were talking about. So then everyday, we had to keep reminding the front desk for our room to be cleaned. 3. The housekeeping staff didn’t line our trash can for two days nor did they keep shampoo refills. They also didn’t clean our beds like we asked them to for one day.

The staff was exceptionally nice. The cleaning and facilities need work.

The breakfast was good but real eggs would have been better than dehydrated eggs. The other food was good. The staff was exceptionally nice.

Clean the floors. I had to ask for a vacuum the first night and I vacuumed up someone else's debris. The bathroom floor was sticky and dirty. The shower floor was dirty. The bath towels were used and refolded when we arrived. I had to ask for fresh ones. There was no chair to sit in for four days until I asked for one and the staff had to look around and found an office chair. The air conditioning wasn't adjustable- it was very cold at night. The electric curtains would not close all the way. I had to pin them.

Fair stay, a bit disappointed as other Fairfield I stayed before in other locations was a enjoyable stay.

Couldn’t use laundry as it can be only paid by coins, and no where I could change coins.

fabulous, comfy and safe.

I liked the shuttle service and the outdoor patio off the bar area.

I did not know that I was to be charged an incidental fee, which would be deleted from my credit card "in a few days." To be surprised by this is poor service.

The smell of the room I was at it seems like someone smoked there and we didn’t like it because none of us smokes.

not the best stay

the shower was dirty old shampoo and body wash bottles left in the shower and dirt and hair in the corner of the bathroom. all reported to the front desk the night we checked in they did offer to move our room but it was 10pm at night.

Amazing location with very clean rooms and comfy beds.

The room was super clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location to the airport and the free shuttle was very convenient.

There was a shower cap blocking the fire alarm. Housekeeping should check for this when cleaning a room.

Breakfast was good. The croissant breakfast sandwich was wonderful

The towels were very strange. They felt wet even when they were dry. They didn’t absorb water also the heat turning on and off was very noisy.
