Overall it was okay for being a last option, but definitely left us disappointed and wouldn’t stay again.

The staff were amazing and so kind. The extending side tables were cool. Bath soaps smell delicious.

The curtains don’t fully close, the bed sheets had stains, the bed creaked very loudly, the tv either didn’t have signal or would lose signal, the tv remote wouldn’t work, and there was no hot breakfast.

Need to up grade an get better staff that care

It really wasn’t much nice thing about the property was that clean had a lot of drug addicts running in an out the back

Breakfast was the best part. If you want to stay in a cheap hotel, this is your place.

I didn't like that the staff was hardly at the front desk. No toothbrush, shower cap etc was offered, like advertised, even for pay. There were a lot or people 'living' in the hotel so I did feel a bit unsafe at times as people were running the halls, yelling and even knocking on my door all through the night.

Never got a room and now having issues with refund since it was a third party payment.

We didn't stay. Got there, stood over hour waiting for a room that was never ready. The reps.never acknowledged us, and when they did. It was very nonchalant and rude.

Don’t stay here

Employees were friendly and resourceful.

Property was in a rough area, but worst of all I walked with my white socks on for about 10 minutes on the carpet of my hotel room and the bottom of my feet were black. There were spots all over the carpet too. Didn’t seem like they attempted to clean them up. Wouldn’t recommend staying here if you like cleanliness.

Fantastic staff, great pool and hot tub, great all around!

The assistant General manager, Francis, really went above and beyond to help me and my family out, great experience here and phenomenal staff!

It was located next to the Interstate and the room faced the road. The traffic noise was significant, especially for a light sleeper.

Good choice for an overnight stay if you're going to 2 Brewers games.

Quiet room despite being near the highway. Comfortable beds, spacious room, easily controllable heat/AC. Very convenient location, right near an interstate exit.

At breakfast (which was fine overall), the Western omelet was poor - almost no filling, eggs not fluffy.

while my car was park in front of the hotel under cameras somebody try to steal my car . Your employees did not even inform me or call the police . my family that went outside to smoke came in to tell me . I can say that when going downstairs your supervisor Chris help as much as he could . I pick your hotel because of previous hotel in different states but this Location I really do not know if I can return . The check in lady was very nice that’s why I sign on as a member due to her customer service great job to her . I can not remember her name due to what happen.

I didn't like the fact that it was a dog in the breakfast area and none of the staff said anything to the guess and I didn't like the fact that the bathroom door was broken and when you take a shower the water leaked onto the floor

Didn't like the fact that the door to the bathroom was broke and I did tell one of the staff members at front desk no one never came up to fix it then like the fact that the hotel was very crowded did not get a chance to enjoy the swimming pool or the hot tub

The staff was OK. This hotel is sandwiched between a highway and a trucking company and a nearby railroad tracks. Definitely not the standard of Hilton's I've stayed up before
