Fun stay

The highlight of this place is the indoor pools with slides. It felt like a water park. The pools are heated so we started at 8am, right when it opened and the kids loved it. Customer service was also very good and the staff was friendly.

Found the breakfast buffet a bit overpriced (especially for kids) so we decided to go somewhere else. My kids don't eat a lot so we didn't find it was worth paying full price for each of them. But everything else was great.

Was a great staycation!!

Murphy bed was AMAZING. This made a huge difference with three kids.

Would like a couple more chairs to sit in as there was only one plus an office chair in the larger room. Would have liked the kid’s chicken and fries meal slightly larger.

Good hotel. Should have made a pool large enough to support size of hotel guests because pool times

Like the bed and amenities, disliked that it was so busy I didn’t get to use said amenities and it was too late by the time my booked swim turn came, which sucked, because the basement pool blew, and then the restaurant was closed so didn’t get to eat there.

Good value for families who are looking for a vacation or staycation.

The hotel had exceptionally friendly staff! Location is good for some things but quite distanced from others. The rooms were immaculately clean.

The rooms were a smudge dated (carpet could use a refresh) and the amenities were a little different than expected.

Great staff and facilities, just upset to find black mold and a fridge that didn’t work in our room.

Great size room room and the waterpark was awesome.

Black mold in the bathroom, would have moved rooms but it was too late as the kids were settled for the night. Also lost all our food due to the fridge not working properly in the room.

Superb

The King Size spa rooms are always the best. Lots of parking.

Waterslide Pool was closed for 2 of the days we were there. My fridge froze all my food / milk I had brought. There didn't seem to be a setting inside the fridge to prevent this.

We had a great stay and would stay at the hotel again.

The breakfast had a lot of options and tasted great. The pool was a lot of fun and had areas that all ages of our family could enjoy.

Comfortable stay!

I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There was this lady who was a server at the restaurant in the hotel who was just a lovely person. There needs to be more of her.

Both spas in the hotel were unavailable. Unfortunately they were one of the selling features for us, next time we might have to double check that all features are open & available

seem like every time we go their the hot tub near the fitness center is not hot enough or it broken.

would not book this hotel again. completely unimpressed

the only thing I liked about it was the underground parking

they gave us the wrong room. I had booked a two queen bed room and those beds were no bigger than a double. the faucet in the bath tub was coming loose and the toilet seat was coming apart. the carpets were very worn and fraying. the room temp was hard to keep a consistent comfortable temperature. the pool facility was disgusting! and definitely not advertised as it should have been. the hot tub and main pool area were super murky like they hadn’t been cleaned in days! and the pool deck was dirty.
