Not the best had we known we would have gone elsewhere

Hotel was nice food good good location

Children running around all hallways on all floors without supervision told staff at 9pm if they could ask it to stop as all we could hear for 5 hrs was the pounding of feet running up and down corridors was not relaxing at all asked to make complaint not registered please look at your cctv for sataday 12 not ok staff allowed children to run and scream about 40 children in all

Pleasant stay

We love it’s proximity to the Crossiron Mills outlet shopping mall. The room was very spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was good. Although the hotel is in a remote area, the feeling is of calm and tranquility. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.

We had a fantastic 2-day stay with lots of swimming and sliding down the slide 😁

Overall our stay was good. Thank you!!

The deluxe Queen suite had comfortable beds, and roomy for the family. Good breakfast, and excellant staff who were helpful and friendly.

The parking lot was not designed well. Cramped parking spaces, dirty lot and no outdoor seating area. The waterslide not designed for safe use. My adult daughter cut her head on the slide at the top of the tube when she ended the ride down. I felt the cost for the room was quite expensive, compared to rates at Days Inn in other cities. It was double the cost, compared to other Days Inns we have stayed at, and rooms were comparable.

Great customer service and friendly staff. The room was larger than I expected.

The room was very comfortable and clean. I liked that it had bottles of shampoo and such on the wall so the waste was minimal.

Superb

The location is great. Close to the airport, airport parking, Costco and Crossiron Mills Mall. Any last minute things you need before a trip are all just minutes away. Clean room. Very good breakfast available in the morning. Front desk night staff are amazing and really go above and beyond to help out!

A restaurant on-site would be nice, but the breakfast they have available in the morning was awesome.
